Absolutely disgusting practices from this cowboy set up! Take deposits and do NOT deliver on promises...Then refuse to refund on very dubious vehicles! Brace yourselves boy's 😉

Eugene and Mr Evans always look after us. We were able to part excange a caravan we bought off them around 5 years ago for a newer slightly larger caravan. We have enjoyed our breaks in the new caravan its spaceous, and so stylish. My sentence to the girls was 'you are never going to believe how amazing our new caravan is'. We can not fault this company highly recomended. They also have nice campsites, with reasonable rates and very nice shower rooms.

After my partner had contacted them about selling our caravan we were told to contact Eugene on the Friday and he would meet us on the weekend. We drove down 3 hours drive on the Friday specifically to see Eugene. Saturday we were contacted and told he would try and get to us in the afternoon, we waited in all day to then be told it would be Sunday. Sunday came and he said he would be with us 2pm. He then started asking us the questions about the caravan that he'd already asked us and we'd answered. He didn't seem like he wanted to come tbh. Then at 1.55pm, literally 5 mins before he said he'd arrive he offered us a ridiculous offer about £2500 less than what theyd originally said. We obviously declined and set off home. If this is the way this company conducts itself then their nothing but cowboys. I wish Eugene had been honest from the start then we wouldn't have wasted our time travelling the 3 hours in the first place. And to drop the price drop on us 5 mins before supposedly arriving without even seeing the caravan tells you everything you need to know about the way they conduct business. Avoid!! And I wouldn't buy off them either

After a crap experience with Green flag we ended up calling Jacob on his mobile he was on a job but came to our rescue at the end of his day.
Diagnosis car tow bar fault and repaired it quickly cannot express how much gratitude we have for him solving it. French holiday rescued 5⭐️

We recently purchased a Tabbert Caravan from John, and I must say, the customer service was fantastic! From the moment we walked in, John was friendly and helpful. When we ran into a little issue with the fridge/freezer, he quickly sorted it out for us without any hassle.

It's refreshing to see someone genuinely care about their customers. If you're in the market for a new caravan, I highly recommend going to John. We had a great experience and couldn't be happier with our purchase!

We purchased a 2017 LMC 655 exquisite. We visited twice before the purchase. No pressure at all. We were left alone to view at our leisure. John was around for any questions and demonstrations. The whole viewing process was excellent. We returned to purchase where John recommended a finance broker. We secured the van with a deposit and also received a good price for our van.
The caravan has now been serviced and is in storage ready for our seasonal pitch. We can’t recommend these guys enough. We had plenty of good feed back from owners around Abersoch who share my thoughts. The caravan sales industry has a lot of pushy salesmen but not at Evan’s. It was a real pleasure from start to finish

If I could leave no stars I would. I stored caravan with them over the winter and came back damaged and missing items. would not help at all and ignored any further messages. Very rude and unprofessional. Carried out sub standard repair/service Avoid this company at all costs

We found Eugene on the sales side to be very polite and helpful .However John Jr after sales very rude. The following day after picking up our camper van my husband found a diesel leak,and the roof very difficult to close which appeared to be offset. The van went in to be sorted on three occasions over a 3-4 week period but neither problem was resolved.
However due to unforseen illness we sadly had to sell our longed for van. As our conscience would not let us sell onto someone else knowing about these faults, we took it to a local garage who sorted both the diesel heater leak and roof. We then managed to sell the van .

First time buying a caravan from John, he new exactly what we wanted and came up with the right deal.
Caravan was delivered to our seasonal pitch by a member of the team who went above and beyond.

Have visited the Store for many years,they always have a good range of stock competitively priced. Traded in our old caravan for a 3 year old LMC for a good price. It's great to go and view a big selection without hard pressure selling. The service since then has been excellent, from siting the caravan, servicing and storage. Several times John Evans has been out to us - usually on the same day when we have had a problem with the heater and a broken window hinge. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Evan's Caravan and camping.

One of the best sellers to buy a caravan in that country i felt i was being looked after and also adjusted a question it was answered perfectly and the service is 100% in everyway will definitely buy again from there business was looked after so much

We have purchased caravans off John Evans over the past 10 years and never been disappointed with the service and the caravans we have purchased from him ( hence the reason we go back if we ever want to upgrade) We are a family that love seasonal pitches and the hobby’s and LMCs are perfect for this . John goes above and beyond to deliver the van to our site and do any alterations like extra plug sockets needed to the van, there’s always a massive range to choose from and he’s always done us a good deal especially compared to other caravan dealerships in the area . We personally wouldn’t even look anywhere else 🙌🙌

This family run business are professional, patient and genuinely helpful, answering all of our questions.
We have been with Evans for 8 seasons and we are now on our second caravan with them.
Evans also offer secure winter indoor storage, they collect the caravan from site at the end of the season and then deliver it back to site at the start of the season which is invaluable.

I’ve stored my motorhome with this company for a long time and they go above and beyond to ensure the vehicle is safe in storage whilst not in use. When I’m going away all I need to do is message them and they will have the vehicle ready and waiting for my arrival. Impeccable service and friendly too.

We found them excellent to deal with we store our van with them for winter they collect it and deliver it back to site washed read to use. We purchased our tabbert caravan from eugene .we asked for a couple of items to be rectified before collection of it everything sorted wouldn’t hesitate to buy from Evans caravans for our next caravan many thanks👍

We bought our first caravan off Evans Caravan and Camping and John went above and beyond to help us find the perfect van and the price we were happy with. The aftersales service are second to none and they are always a phone call away should we need anything or have a question. The stock of vans they have is top quality and all of the vans are in excellent condition. The winter storage offers are excellent value for peace of mind. They have been very knowledgeable and helpful with any issues we’ve faced as first time carabiners and are a pleasure to do business with.
