Absolutely delighted with my Elddis Motorhome from Evans, Ewan said come back if you have any faults which were rectified when booked in. To be honest I didn't want to get ripped off on Facebook or eBay and the vehicle I purchased was priced extremely competitively.
Will return one day to upgrade! Can't recommend enough.

John evans repaired our caravan early this year he was very patient waiting on insurance and did an excellent job of repairing the leak to the roof
He then returned the van to the site and set it up .
Great customer service was always there to contact by phone and always called me back . I would highly recommend Evan’s caravans his after sales service is 10/10

Although I did not buy my motor home from Evans they have been brilliant watsapping me and letting me know what he has in. I was looking for a specific layout that the only reason I did not use them. He was very professional when we went to visit. Keeping in contact all the time. Thank you.

I can't give enough praise to evans. We've had a couple of caravans from them and have found that go beyond excellent to make sure that any caravan that leaves them is in perfect condition. There's nothing that's too much trouble and the icing on the cake was finding that they have a caravan site not too far from them and we've now got a permanent pitch there. The on site shower block is clean and have really nice showers in them. I wouldn't go anywhere else now for a caravan.

Been viewing campervans for a few months with Eugene. Recently traded in our campervan for a Moho, had a few teething problems, which Eugene and John (Snr) soon sorted out for us. Thank you all very much for a great service, we are very happy with the new Moho. Would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone thinking of buying a caravan/campervan or Motorhome.

Excellent service. My caravan lights weren’t working in the Eisteddfod in Boduan and despite being extremely busy delivering tens and tens of caravans, Evans took my battery back to the garage to test it and bought me a new one without hesitation. Lights were back on within no time. Amazing service nothing was too much trouble. Caravan back in storage now with Evans. Can’t thank them enough, brilliant.

Hi I recently bought a camper van off Evans caravans, phoned eugene 2 days ago had a fault with the van he told me to fetch it down and he sorted it out straight away for me! They even drop me off in pwllheli to do a bit of shopping while it was being done. Thanks a lot boys great service keep up the good work!!

Excellent service from John Evans and the team. Everything was thoroughly checked before we collected our new caravan and the technician took plenty of time to give us a detailed demonstration of how everything works. Would highly recommed this company.

On passing called in to view campervans. Very helpful & opened vans to have proper look. After having a think & checking out other dealers, I contacted them about purchasing. Was able to trade in my van & on collection, Friendly helpful, answering questions. Would recommend.

Visited their Penrhyndeudraeth branch to view motor homes in stock. Was shown a few with specs I requested, no hurry to look around and lots of advice from young salesman[sorry, terrible with names]. I went away to have a think as well as viewing elsewhere. I received lots of useful pictures to remind me of what I had viewed. Was worth the calling in on passing by.

These guys are really good, we bought a caravan off them, and nothing was too much trouble, they sited the van at no charge (locally ish) and when there was a fault with the fridge, they came out and swopped it out, no hassle at all. We are really rather picky about our holiday homes and we would happily use them again. Very happy customers!

I bought a VW camper van last year from Evans Caravan and Camping at their Penrhyndeudraeth showroom. Unfortunately last week I had a problem with the on board diesel heater.
I called in to see Eugene at their Penrhyn showroom to get some help. Eugene was incredibly helpful and friendly, although it was busy he arranged for a mechanic to check out the problem the next morning. Everything got fixed and sorted out for me, great service and very happy with the result. Back to enjoying our camper van! Thank you Eugene!

Left a review last year when we brought our van from Eugene but felt I had to leave another just got back from a 5 week trip around Europe did just under 4,300 miles all absolutely faultless looked at a few other vans when we got back was thinking about a lwb and the quality of the materials used was not a patch on the LMC ones Evans use so throughly recommend them once again.

Just bought a new camper van off Evans, brilliant service, nothing was too much, answered any and all questions we had without hesitation. A friend of mine had HIGHLY recommended this company and it’s safe to say I’ll be highly recommending this business also. If anyone has any questions or would even just like to browse the caravan and motor home selections don’t hesitate to turn up and speak to them they’re more than welcoming and treat you like family.

Having lost the main skylight above the lounge area during a recent storm,I was put in touch with John about 130pm....by 5pm a new unit had been fitted!!!!
I can't thank John enough,a brilliant response to a problem that could have caused alot more damage if left.I wouldn't hesitate to use Evans Caravan Services again...a fantastic service.

What a fantastic company! We bought our lmc off John at Evans caravans is Pwllheli and he was so helpful. Always answered my questions, very friendly and approachable. We were traveling to view the caravan from South wales and they even made the effort to stay open whilst we looked around due to the distance we travelled as it was later than expected. They even delivered it down to south wales for us.The boys who delivered the caravan were great and helped us move our existing caravan aswell and were super freindly. Even after the sale I had some questions and John and the technician answered them right away, honestly it's not just make the sale and forget about it with this company they really care. The technician made a video of how to use everything in the caravan and that also really helped us so thank you so much. Would never buy from anywhere else ! Thank you !
