This place is a scam. I've never applied for a loan with them. They texted me saying to contact Donna. When I call get through to someone she/he wanted me to tell the my soc.sec number I reversed the question with if I have a loan through you what state do I live in? The phone hung up at that point.

This experience is a nightmare
This experience is a nightmare . I was supposedly funded June 17th as of the 25th I have still not been funded and me and my family are stuck 1500 miles from home with no money , unable to get to airport , and have no gas to get there. Leap credit keeps making excuses and have not done anything to resolve the problem . I have received a lot of lip service and excuses but no results . For a company to operate your upper management needs to be able to resolve issues in a timely manner . I really would never refer this company to anyone . I will be stuck in Colorado til finds areive . But I will accumulate bills at 800.00 dollars a day til I get to leave Colorado . Sad a 1500.00 loan can’t be funded for 7 days when website says 1-2 days . Upper management has not responded once after me calling at least 20 times . BAD BUSINESS !!!!!!!!

I didn't take out no loan with this Company and they have been hitting my account when they feel like talking about 2018. My account number has been changed and I don't know how they got the new one.My bank said it. was set up on there end.I have waited to talk with someone but to no prevail.My lawyer is getting involved now cause this Company is fraud and I never received any money from them.My bank said they never have deposited in my account.Fraud Fraud Fraud and they will get caught!!!!!

The banking information used to fund the loan and withdraw payments is all provided by the customer during the application process. The banking information can only be updated by the customer via the online portal which needs the customer-generated login information or over the phone which goes through a verbal customer verification process. Trying to collect on false loans
I never initiated a loan with this company. In 2021 I began receiving emails and letters showing a payment plan for a loan. Upon contacting I was told that it was a two year old loan and they are collecting now post covid. I disputed directly with Leap Credit. They informed me funds went to a 5 years old and closed account number of mine. They informed me for them to stop collection I needed to dispute with credit agencies. I couldn't, it's not valid or on my credit. I went back and forth with them on a few phone calls, to no avail. Then an email was sent linking to their website with automated settlement options. I weighed the time and cost of court to fight the fraudulent loan and realized I could settle for much less ($200-ish dollars). So I begrudgingly took that option. Received a confirmation of loan PAID OFF and yet two weeks later leap credit reaches out with another email stating my loan is active (for a new amount, mind you) and still showing old closed account info. Scammers if you ask me....

Unauthorized withdrawal from my bank
Took unauthorized money from my bank account. Spoke with a rep, they confirmed it, tho weren’t much help. Told me to send images and documents to the support email. Did so and have received no reply. Still have money missing from my bank account. Two months earlier in February I got an email stating that I would have a draft for this same amount coming from my account. Emailed the company and never got a reply then. February draft never came out. This time on April 12th I never received an email stating it was coming out. Still no refund of the money they stole. This place is a terrible and fraudulent business. And by the other reviews I’m seeing it’s not a one time error.

Absolutely do not use this company, loan has been paid off for years. Continue to get letters, stating past due. Verified loan paid off. And today they are taking money from my account. Call and they say it’s a computer mistake!!! This is so unprofessional. How do you steal money from people? This is illegal. You caused my bank account to be overdrawn! Never ever use leap credit!

Frauds
I wish they would allow 0 stars. This company is a total FRAUD. I just wrote a complaint about this company drafting my account, and yet they did it again this month. They should be CLOSED DOWN for the crap they do. I NEVER applied for a loan; money was put in my account that I never applied for 2 years ago. Fast forward, and they are still drafting my account. In March, they claimed it was a computer glitch and that they would get rid of my information, and yet this month, they drafted my acct again but couldn’t think of an excuse this time. Understand I NEVER applied for a loan with this company. They are quick to issue an apology for their fraudulent behavior, but the behavior is still the same.

You charge way to much from the amount loan a person borrows from. You rob a person blind. Like for instance when I took out a 1000.00 loan I have to pay 5k back thats highway robery.
