Not a good experence at all! They would debit my account on days that were not authorized and for way bigger amounts than they were ever allowed. Stay away from these people.

Do yourself a favour and please don't get this loan. I had to pay over 1300 in f****ng interest and ended up worst off than before. Impossible to get ahold of customer service. Was waiting on their "upper management" to get in touch with me when they randomly stopped taking my last four payments (they had a payment schedule and once it ends, it ends and that's cool and all) but management never got back in touch with me. Instead, a couple weeks later they took the remaining balance IN FULL WITHOUT ANY WARNING WHATSOEVER. I would give zero stars for that, it was shady as fudge. They're lucky I had just gotten my income tax or I would have been screwed. Forget this place. Struggle and try to make things work instead, DO NOT go to this place for help. You'll end up in a worse place financially.

If payments do not automatically draft from the customer's account that is usually blocked access from the bank, it can be fixed by updating your banking information.
