Love the app. The only thing I would change are the videos. The videos seem outdated. She seems like she wants nothing to do with them.

I received unsolicited email from HOMER…
I received unsolicited email from HOMER after somebody used my email address to sign up. When I let customer services know, they were pretty useless and just told me what date somebody signed up with my email address and closed the case.. Their feedback form then expired before I was able to moan.
And I'm still getting emails from them. I guess they don't care about Data Protection

Like it but could be better
So far my child enjoys Homer. However there are so many activities we click on and it just shuts us out of the app instead of loading. We tried on a cell phone, tablet, ipad and a laptop and the same activities start to download and then shuts the app down. Would love for that to be fixed. Other than that, so far it is amazing.

I never used this app so I cannot rate it. What I did do was ask for my account to be canceled, it said resolved but they still charged me $9.99 before the free trial was over. I've been asking for a refund but there's no replies to my emails nor a refund.

The app is nice and interesting
The app is nice and interesting. Unfortunately, it got hang sometimes in-between. Moreover, some icons take more time to open. First, they load and then open. Consequently, kids need faster results

impossible to log onto the app on…
impossible to log onto the app on granddaughters tablet or on my iphone. No BackOffice assistance. extremely frustrating paying for something that doesn't work.

We love Homer
We love Homer! Our 5 year daughter didn’t go to Kindergarten because of the way her birthday fell. We decided to get the Homer app to help her get prepared for kindergarten this year. She does about an hour and day and really enjoys it. The only thing I wish was that they would do is create a way for parents to check the status of there child’s pathway.
