I've recently taken delivery of my new Mini One. I initially dealt with Brian who worked to find me a competitively priced vehicle and a really good deal. He was very knowledgeable and answered fully any questions I had. In fact, on one occasion I think I may have called him 3 times in one day to query things but each time he was friendly, professional and reassuring. Nothing was too much trouble. I also dealt with Gordon and Viv who sorted out all the paperwork - checking and processing, and again - excellent service from start to finish. The paperwork was easy to follow, accurate, complete and concise. And then there was Andrew who emailed me to keep me up to date with the progress of the order. A great company to deal with from my first call to them to taking delivery of the car and the follow-up to ensure all was OK. I'd definitely recommend them and will be using them again for my next car!!


After leasing a car from these for 16 months(some £4,440 later), I enquired about upgrading. I was disgusted at the attitude of these people! They wanted me to return the car and start paying again from scratch! The nerve of these people! Do they seriously think anyone in their right mind would want to be treated like this. They're nothing but horrible second hand car dealers. The cars are not even prepared to showroom condition. If you look closely at the images of some cars, you will see stains on the seat and damaged body/paint work. I seriously doubt the validity of some of their 'reviews' as I am convinced they have probably accumulated a lot of bad customer relations by now. Never ever again!

The whole experience was very good and the service was great, just dont fall behind with your payments as they become very aggresive. I had a wonderful experience and service choosing and collecting my car until I had an unexpected situation and could not make payment one month. They became very agressive in their pursuit of the missing payment but apart from that I had an excellent service that I would recommend to anyone, just dont fall behind with your payments. Having had the car for 2 years I would have liked a more sympathetic approach to my difficulties.
