Excellent service throughout - from the initial instruction and marketing of the property with Cheryl and then through to Nick for completion, the Russell & Butler team were superb, going above and beyond. We bought a house through Russell & Butler 20-odd years ago and remembered them for their great service - and the experience recently selling a house was equally positive. Happy to recommend.

Terrible experience all round. They will ripped you off your disposed and you will end up going through the TDS ( Tenancy Deposit Scheme ) to get your money. I wont recommend

Fantasy meets Reality- it is blurred to say the least. In my experience I have found them to be duplicit, economic with the truth and under value property. Manipulative feedback and unpleasant to do business with. Could not recommend.

We sold our home in Buckingham through Russell & Butler, I cannot praise them highly enough, every aspect of the pre-sale, sale itself and the post-sale support right through to exchange of contracts and completion was faultless. Obviously moving home is never stress free, but Russell & Butler's Sales Progression Team are amazing, experts in the whole moving procedure, always proactive and always there to help with good advice!

I had to sell a family home in Buckingham remotely. The minute I met with the team I was impressed. Sold within a day but the more important work is done behind the scenes with their sales advancement team. Council, buyers, solicitors, deeds, certificates etc. can slow things down. This team keeps the deal moving. If I could give more than 5 STARS I would.

We can highly recommend Russell and Butler for buying and selling your home. They really worked hard to complete our purchase. They had a highly dedicated team working to progress our purchase who were really on the ball and offered help and advice at every stage.

We had two quotes from two agents and initially chose the other agent rather that Russell & Butler because we viewed them as more suitable to sell an equestrian home. How wrong were we! Anyway focusing on the positives I can summarise as follows our experience of Russell & Butler, excellent set of details including a video of our property which we were thrilled with, worked with us on the wording for the online property portals and had an excellent set of terms and conditions so that we knew exactly what we were signing up to. We had 2 viewings and both buyers offered and we sold within 72 hours of going to market. We made sure through R&B that the buyers were fully aware of any items that might crop up during searches and enquiries ahead of accepting our 2nd offer including sending some video footage that was passed onto the buyer. This meant we had a totally smooth transaction with they buyer fully aware of what to expect. We were told by our solicitors that we could expect to complete our sale within 15 to 18 weeks but with the buyers, ourselves and R&B fully motivated to take advantage for the buyers of the stamp duty discount we got the sale through in 8 weeks. R&B had excellent communications throughout from Brian one of the Directors, Tracey the Senior Sales Progressor to Alice who raised the invoice at the end. I can honestly say they were 100% and we would happily recommend them to both sellers and buyers

Bought a property recently via Brian & Russell and we can vouch for their professionalism. Communication was spot on. During the course of the purchase, we met both Brian and Nick who were very responsive to our requests, and when they didn't have the answers to our questions, promised to check and call back - which they did. The whole team was friendly and everyone seemed to know the details of the transaction, and could just pick up the file and run with it in the absence of a team member we had been dealing with. Tracey was particularly helpful in the sales progression and very prompt with queries and general advice. R&B contacted other parties in the chain to expedite the process which resulted in a delightful timescale of 16 weeks. I can't thank the Russell & Butler team enough.

Wether it was to arrange viewing or chase solicitors all have been extremely helpful, polite and attentive even though we are not strictly their client. An extremely professional service.
