We want to express a massive thank you to the Russel and Butler team for the excellent service we received right from Michelle’s first visit, through to some amazing work by Tracey to keep the sale on track. We are sure the whole sale would have been much more stressful without her interventions.

Nothing was too much trouble for any of the team and people always responded promptly when we contacted the office, which is no mean feat during the difficulties everyone has faced over the last 12 months.

Tracey was efficient, knowledgeable, enthusiastic- and she was this, in abundance from start to finish. Nothing stopped this lady. She is one of the most dedicated and personable people I’ve ever worked with.....Worked with?
(‘But you’re just a customer...’).
Ah yes, but this is an indication of the degree to which we felt involved in the process, with regular updates, advice and encouragement where it was needed.

Despite a difficult process selling my late Mum's property, not helped by first Brexit and then a pandemic, Russell and Butler were very pro-active in finding us a buyer and then being always available and honest and keeping me informed at all times.
A very special thank you and mention to Tracey Steventon who was our 'sales progressor' - who even knew there was such a thing? It was really reassuring to have a named point of contact. She always responded quickly to emails and phone calls and seemed to take a genuine interest in sorting out problems and keeping me up to date.

My mum decided to downsize and chose to purchase this property from you and sell her house. Obviously with the pandemic hitting us like it did it has been a long drawn out process, but amongst all of this I have to tell you about one person.

Thank goodness for Tracey!
She has been totally brilliant! I cant tell you how much me and my mum (me mostly) appreciate her assistance over the last months, I have never bought or sold a house and neither has my mum (apart from her first house when she married my dad). So you an imagine I was like a fish out of water.

I’ve had constant phone calls and emails from her every step of the way, keeping me informed of every step (unlike the solicitors or the other estate agents we chose to use). She has given me clear and understandable advice on emails I’ve had to write to our solicitors, kept me informed of everything she was doing and also why to progress our purchase. Even calling me in the evenings to see how things were.

Also (this is important) telling me the truth!

Moving day was a nightmare! But thank goodness I had her on the end of the phone and it all turned out well in the end

Her customer service skills are totally top notch and I hope you realise how lucky you are to have her. 😊

The Russell & Butler experience worked wonders for us. This was for my parents who are in their 90s and were selling their bungalow to allow them to move into a new flat in a retirement village. R & B were extremely sensitive to my parents needs, and spent unlimited time with them In their own home helping them to negotiate their way through all the complexities of the sale and legal procedures.

They quickly found a buyer and kept close to the legal people along the chain to ensure that the sale was completed In time for us to achieve an early completion discount.
