Great service from start to finish. Cannot rate them highly enough !!!

From start to finish excellent service especially when this was my first lease experience.
Friendly team kept me updated explained everything and was always there through this journey.

I was in need of finding an in-stock EV to lease and on the leaseloco web site came across a very good deal on a suitable car. I submitted my interest on leaseloco and within half an hour had a call from Alan from Leasecar. He talked me through what was available, we agreed what I would like to go for and it was quickly and easily sorted. Delivery was offered even earlier than I had originally been told, which was great. Good service behind a very good deal, I'm a happy customer.

Fantastic service from ordering the car to taking delivery, kept informed throughout the whole process and everything went smoothly.

Had a great experience with this company and I would have no hesitation in recommending them. Our contact was Stephen Turner who was superb from start to finish. He was very helpful and professional and lovely to deal with.

Spoke with staff members and they guided me through the process with ease as I haven't leased a vehicle before, the process was quick from enquiry to delivery only waited 3 weeks (due to me working away and not being available). Cant recommend this company enough, the car is amazing, clean and tidy and drives like a dream.

When I realised that my existing lease was due to expire, I emailed Ed Rose, as he has been incredibly helpful on many occasions in the past. He responded straight away, and within just a couple of hours, my new lease was arranged. Once again, Ed was professional, polite, and highly efficient. Superb customer service.

Really straightforward from start to finish...Alan explained everything that would happen and it did!!!...Alan was very knowledgeable about the whole process and explained in depth when I requested more info!!!If there is a bonus scheme or best employee of the month I nominate Alan!!

Ordered an "in stock" vehicle on 21st April and was told by the agent expect the car within 14 days.
Shortly after paying the fee, the app updated to say the car was expected at the dealers 15th May. (24 days after making the order).
This date came and went and i'd heard nothing from lease cars. After chasing twice i was told the dealer had an influx of cars.
Finally on the 21st of May I received a delivery date of 1st June which I accepted.
On the 22nd of May I received another call advising the delivery now had to be scheduled for the 4th of June.

Just really poor service causing delays and inconvenience.

Good communication from Sarah Roberts, answered any questions quickly and efficiently. Thanks for all your help.
