Disappointed Customer.
The car had been driven 211 miles before we collected it and it was faulty with warning lights showing on day of collection.
There’s an issue with the parking sensors and cruise control system. Why was this car given to us in this condition. We had driven from Glasgow to Manchester to collect this vehicle.

Our first time leasing. We have previously always bought cars using PCP, but with prices rising we decided to give leasing a go. The process could not have been any simpler. Brilliant service and brilliant prices. Quoted 4-6 weeks for delivery, but we had the car sat on our drive about 3 weeks later. Thank you

Absolutely useless! I am guessing if you don't get a problem then you will be happy with this company. It seems like as soon as you need something from them is when you get let down. Customer service is non existant, days to respond, sometimes weeks. They have made no effort to resolve my issue at all in over 4 months without a car. They just keep charging me my monthly payment and offer nothing in return. 4 months payments, no car, they havn't contacted the manufacturer on my behalf to assist me (I mean its basically their car thats faulty and I rent it from them). They have no offer from them or the manufacturer of a temporary vehicle which is what you would get from most reputable companies. They literally just send holding emails to delay delay delay. This is their tactic, keep delaying and making you wait and not dealing with you.
Update: 21/08/2025
Received the reply to this review you can see below today from Leasys explaining somebody will be in touch. Shortly after received another email stating this is an unregulated hire agreement and they will do nothing for me. Just in case the reply made it look like they actually cared in any way!
