I purchased my engagement party dress from Leau, it was perfect. It fit like a glove and the quality was great. For a white dress it’s hard to get something that is not see through, this dress was double lined and not see through at all. I got so many compliments that night!

Extremely misleading shipping time. This is a low-quality, fast-fashion drop shipping company. Says 5-7 business days for it to ship from their warehouse in the US. In reality they wait for the Chinese manufacturer to produce and send to them first before shipping from their warehouse in the US. Needed my purchase in 8 days for a party. 8 days passed with zero updates. Emailed company and was told they will not cancel an order once placed. Received the shirt nearly a month after order. Now trying to return and cancel. The real rub is that they could just cancel the order because it’s runnin through their hands before it ever gets sent to the customer in the US. This is classic online garbage sludge. Playing the odds that the lazy American won’t bother to return it. Trash brand.

this brand scammed me, and i would never recommend it to anyone. i received a broken, unwearable dress that was $250+ and immediately contacted the company. they took days to reply and then lied to say i didn’t report it in time. then, when i sent proof of delivery and images of the damage, they didn’t reply for 10 days. i still have not received any resolution, the team refuses to reply to me, and i’m out hundreds of dollars. i’m actually in disbelief and have never had such a bad customer service experience. do not shop here!

I can truly appreciate the customer service team. I ordered a dress for my daughter’s homecoming and I ordered the wrong color. I emailed the customer service team immediately and they resolve the issue. I loved that they were very attentive and also got back to me quickly I would definitely order from this company again.

I would not recommend anyone to purchase from this small business whatsoever. I bought a dress that I had intended to wear for my civil ceremony and when it arrived, it was snagged in the back. I reached out to them right away and told them the issue with this and asked for a refund. Firstly, 7-10 business days to process a return—fine. But way past 10 days, I still hadn’t heard anything, I reached out to them and they apologized and said that my refund got lost in the mix?
Finally a few days later, I received my refund only to see it was returned as a store credit. When I inquired they stated it was due to their return policies, that if you use a promo code, you’re not entitled to a return. It is an extremely deceitful practice to advertise 10% off as soon as you enter their webpage but in fine print on another page, say that if you use a discount, you only get a store credit back. I’ve been going back and forth in email, and have resorted to this to now sharing my experience so others don’t make what you think is a goodwill gesture from this company (welcome discount) to be a way for them to take your money. Even asking to speak with management has been difficult, since they are refusing to side with the customer at any cost, and stand by their shady return policies, making empty promises to help find a “satisfactory resolution” while refusing to see the customers side. It baffles me that a company would refuse to provide a return for something that is a quality issue on their end.

this is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. I returned a dress that I bought the same day It was delivered -as it was not what was advertised to be. They sent me a label for returning it. It got to them a few days later and they still have not refunded my money more than 10 days after they recieved it. I’ve talked to them multiple times and they don’t explain why they’re holding up my refund, but they’re very rude. They can’t subtract 18-9 and they just have no excuse for their behavior. I think anyone that buys anything from them is going to be sorry. Very disgusting.

I’ll start off with the positives, their customer service is good! They are prompt in getting back to you within the time perimeters they promise. They are so friendly and understanding.
Now the reason why I needed the support. The item I order was so beautiful, the fit was I would say true to size. Unfortunately they didn’t opt for this dress to be lined. Which was a big mistake, as it was very see through. There for I returned the dress. The price was just shy of $300 AUD + $40 shipping… so for that price point I was quite disappointed it didn’t make the cut. If only it was lined…
Overall the value for money isn’t great based of the item I got. But overall my experience was good

The sizing was way off; I ordered a size S, but it was so large it is completely unwearable, plus the zipper is faulty. When I reached out to customer service, I was told they don’t offer refunds, only exchanges, and I’d have to pay for return shipping myself... With only a 14-day return window. Including duties, tax,shipping and return shipping, I'm paying around $80 extra just to get the correct size top. This service doesn't align with the 'premium perception' of their brand.
I paid $30 for shipping, yet it wasn’t express and still took over two weeks to arrive. On top of that, I was charged $20 in duties, even though in Australia, duties only apply to orders over $1000 AUD. I understand that it’s easier for them to charge duties across the board, but it still felt unnecessary.
Customer service was unhelpful and robotic, giving only cookie-cutter responses and offering no real solutions. When I expressed concern about timing and possibly losing the item altogether, they told me to pay extra for insurance instead of actually helping.
They also said it would take 3–4 weeks for the item to reach the warehouse and process the exchange. At this point, I feel completely scammed.
I was genuinely excited about this purchase, I have a positive mentality when I'm ordering from new brands but the lack of care and accountability is so disheartening. I’ve wasted money, time, and energy.It not about the sizing or quality, it about the disregard to their customers. I wish I supported another brand.

It was easy for me to order my piece, and I received it in a timely manner. The piece I received was of very high quality. It was a bit big on me, and I’m now working with the customer service team to get my correct size. The representative was very nice and helpful, and the process has been straightforward.

Love this dress and LEAU! I had never ordered with them before, but was very happy with the experience. The sizes do run small, so I would size up. However, even with needing to make an exchange, the customer service and quality of the dress is great. I will definitely order again!
