Service has been very quick so far. I placed an order for oktoberfest gear on Sunday and it was delivered by Thursday! I used my measurements to follow the size chart, but found that my dirndl was still a bit too large. It fits very long (I am pretty short) which impacted the fit. I placed a request for a size exchange and the communication has been quick so far. The vendor has communicated a willingness to help me exchange for my without paying extra for return shipping. I'll update my review once I have completed my exchange.

Update 9/27: I received the smaller size in the dirndl after only a few days. The size chart is very inaccurate and it still too big despite having been measured multiple times to make sure it fit properly this second time. For reference I had the measurements for a size 18 but the size 16 is too big. I could have done a size 14. At this point it's too late to exchange again, and I still haven't heard back from the seller about how to return the original dirndl. I reached out via email and filled out a return request which said would take a few hours to hear back but it's been a few days. I was told the quickest way to exchange would be to purchase a new one with a coupon code to discount the return shipping and then return the other one. Without being able to return the original, I have now paid for 2 dirndls...

Great communication and flexibility on reordering new items.

I ordered the wrong size and the folks at the lederhosen store were quick and responsive in finding a solution to get me the right size of lederhosen. The product I received was of good quality leather.

Great quality materials. Soft leather. Packaged well. Ordered on a Monday and by the end of the week I hadn’t received a shipping confirmation. Contacted them using Facebook messenger and got immediate replies. They gave me tracking and the package showed up 3 days earlier than expected. Ordered several lederhosen and bundhosen. Nice thick leather, wear it before your event to break them in a bit. Highly recommend.

To start these lederhosen can extremely fast. They arrived within four business days (6 days total). The lederhosen are excellent quality! Very well made from the material to the embroidery. The fit was a bit tight on me though so I reached out to customer service about their exchange policy through the form on their website. I was responded to quickly and kindly. I told them that I had a trip I needed the lederhosen for, and they made it possible for me to get them quickly without having a drawn out exchange process. Great company and I highly recommend.

The dirndl dress is cute. Top is fully lined, sturdy cotton fabric, and cute embroidery. Beware....my advice is to carefully look at the size charts. They are labeled European sizes and US sizes. But honestly, the US sizes are not correct, they are actually UK sizes. For example, in the US I am a 00, in the UK I am a 6. I ordered the US 4 and it was tight on me (I am 110 lbs). I tried to return, but you are basically held hostage which is not disclosed on the website. You are not given a return label, only permission to order the correct size which they will ship to you. So, if you just don't like the dress, you are stuck. I honestly thought this company was in Canada, but the item shipped from the far East.

Communication was quick. I have not received my new order but hope I can get it extradited quickly. Thank you.

Fast shipping. Good customer service. Size up, as my normal US size was too tight and I had to exchange.

My purchase is now under investigation with my credit card company. Their exchange policy is non existent unless you want to pay more money. This is not how it’s described online. Their size chart is very inaccurate. I would NEVER order from this company based out o Pakistan again. I was led to believe that it was authentic German attire through Canada.

The quality of the product seems very high. Unfortunately, the sizing was out, but a replacement was easy to sort and replace.

The quality of the items is excellent. I had some trouble getting the correct size but the customer support was very helpful in exchanging for the right size. We are very excited to wear our authentic lederhosen to all of our Oktoberfest celebrations!

The product we purchased was in a great condition and super cool. Even when we had an issue with the size, we were able to work with customer service to get a new size ordered asap. Great customer service.

Do NOT purchase if you expect to be able to return if it doesn’t fit. As you will see from other reviewers they will stonewall you until you agree to pay more for replacements. I’ve never experienced anything like this with online purchasing. I sent my credit card company the email exchange with this company and they returned my money and are disputing it directly with the company. FYI I ordered size 2’s and one fit and one didn’t so it wasn’t a measuring issue on my end. Despite keeping the one that fit, returning the other was not an option presented after a week long of email exchanges. I CANNOT recommend this to anyone.
