I ordered a dirndl and two pair of lederhosen and they arrived very quickly! One pair of lederhosen was too big for my husband so I filled out the online form for exchange. The company emailed me right away and made arrangements for me to get a new pair. Their customer service is excellent and the quality of the apparel is very nice!

Bought a pair of Lederhosen that seemed to run a size big for me. They are now saying they'll send me the new size before I even send back the old pair. Downside being that i have to pay $40-50 to return them, however I think this is a good compromise. Also their shirts are a bit plastic feeling and I feel like im gonna SWEAT in Munich. However their A.I. is very helpful and this is a pretty decent experience.

Great product, quick turnaround, and excellent customer service! I used their sizing charts which are generally on the stop. But the shoes were just a bit too small. But the rapid response from customer service and the very reasonable solution that saves time and money, gives them 5 stars in my opinion!

The dirndl I ordered is beautiful. Great craftsmanship the blue skirt Is a lovely colour. The dirndl is high quality. When ordering ensure to check the size chart. I received excellent service & support from the store to find the perfect dirndl & fit.

Bought Lederhosen, Did not come from "Bavaria" as indicated. Size was too small despite measuring. When I tried to return I was told that I needed to fill out this online review before they would fulfill my exchange request. Once I gave them a 5 star review they sent me a coupon which covered only not even 50% of the replacement.

They kept slowly increasing the coupon but would never pay the full cost. Its now been almost a month and I have made zero progress with them.

All I wanted was Lederhosen that fit. Horrible Experience

Lederhosen store was very quick to respond and provide me with great customer service. Although the product I selected ultimately did not fit, the quality of the material was great and these lederhosen’s are nothing short of vintage and beautiful.

I originally had an issue with the sizing from another vendor and mistakingly based my new purchase from Lederhosen Store based on their sizing. When I received my lederhosen set from Lederhosen Store the sizing was a bit small. They quickly worked with me to get the right size for me.

I was very pleased with what I received, the craftsmanship of the lederhosen, with a nice lining, and the intricate stitching and design was very nice. I’m looking forward to showing off my great outfit at Oktoberfest in Munich in September.

I was a bit nervous about the quality at first, but when the lederhosen arrived, i was really impressed. The craftsmanshipis excellent and justifies the high price.

I ordered their handmade lederhosen and it's exactly what i wanted. The leather material is good but the prices are a bit high. So offering more discount would make it perfect for everyone.

Good Quality with high price tag I took a chance with the store this Oktoberfest but was quite unsure about the quality and making justifying this high price tag. Luckily, found the leather to be of good quality, and it's hand embroidered as well. Still, I think price could've been a little lower.
