We used Lee Atkins to move our possessions from West Sussex to their storage facility on the IOW. We had never used a removal firm before and were not sure what to expect. We were very impressed with the efficiency of the three man team who emptied our three bedroom house in what seemed to be a relatively short space of time. All were very friendly and polite. We can now relax knowing our possessions are in safe hands and that when we finally move into our new property we know the quality of the service we will be getting.

I can’t rate Lee Atkins Removal Company highly enough. They were recommended in the first place by friends who’d used them in lockdown. Firstly, Laurence did a long distance FaceTime to ascertain what was being moved & prepare a quote.
A thoroughly charming young man, very professional & polite - he was a great first face of the business. This was a challenging move from Devon to the Isle of Wight & involved us moving the dates four times.
Jack & Rich were our two main removals men over the 2 days when the move eventually happened and my goodness what trojans of strength, endurance & speed they were. Good humoured & not one single grumble.
Everything was wrapped superbly, and up till now, not one single breakage! 2 other men joined for a short while & again I have nothing but praise for them.
The office people have returned calls & empty boxes and paper are being picked up speedily.
We have nothing but praise for this company & employees, and our sincerest thanks for making a traumatic time a whole lot easier.

They gave us the most reasonable estimate, of the three who quoted us, to move our furniture from London to the Isle of Wight.

Nathan and his team arrived in good time, and worked rapidly and efficiently, loading our stuff with care, & safely transporting it to our new home in Sandown.

Moving is stressful enough, so having the right removal company, was really helpful.

Lee Atkins staff were very professional, helpful and efficient.
I had 3 quotes Lee Atkins was the best price and now after my move I know no one else could have done a better job,

We used these guys a little over a year ago to move us from the mainland to the island and they went above and beyond with their energy, hard graft and sheer team work.
I would more than happily recommend them... They also helped us with not much notice too, I might add... Stored things overnight and returned the following day and offloaded swiftly and carefully.

Our house contents were transported to storage in Brighton, and upon opening the storage 3 weeks later there were many damaged items. I reported this to Lee Atkins Removals and received no help whatsoever, just a very defensive referral to T&C's, and reference that damage has to be reported within 1 week. Impossible. Don't believe the website about a complaints procedure. It didn't happen. Very dissatisfied with the service.

Very efficient, competent and helpful. The team were careful and thorough. The packing was so good that there was no damage. The team were cheerful and obliging; nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended.

We were moved from the Isle of Wight to Shropshire over 2 days and can honestly say that we had an excellent service from the first phone call to the final delivery.
Everyone who works for Lee Atkins are efficient, polite and patient especially as we were so vague about moving dates etc.

I had several quotes for removals and chose Lee Atkins based on the service (loved Lawrence) and price. I certainly would recommend using Lee Atkins for a seamless start to finish service.

We moved from North Wales to Isle of Wight, and all I can say there service was excellent from start to finish, including the delay we had on the Friday morning I will be recommended Lee Atkins removals to everyone.

Although the price quoted and agreed, was not the cheapest we received, the two guys who actually carried out our removal from the IOW to Dorset, were excellent, and could not be faulted; accordingly, the whole experience for us, was completely stress free, and ultimately therefore worth the extra cost. Would unhesitatingly thoroughly recommend to others

Would definitely recommend and use again. All went very smoothly from dealing with the office when booking quote to the actual moving day. Nathan and Rafi who moved us could not have been more helpful. They worked incredibly hard to get everything done , keeping us informed of progress and expected arrival time.

From my first contact with Lawrence until the guys finished unloading my belongings into storage yesterday I had amazing service from all the staff at Lee Atkins.
When Lawrence came to quote for me he saw solutions, not problems, and this attitude continued throughout. Corinne answered all my many questions promptly and with good humour!
On packing up day, Jack, Nathan and Jay were very friendly, respectful and efficient, packing and loading my 2 bed house up in just 3 hours. It was a tight fit into the van and I really didn’t think it would fit but it just about all went in.
Yesterday they arrived at my storage container in Devon and Jack and Nathan unloaded everything, again very efficiently, keeping items aside that I wanted access to.

Our experience with Lee Atkins Transport was absolutely brilliant from start to finish! We sent them images of our home to get a quote, and got a response within an hour or so, and--following several questions across numerous emails to them--they reviewed and amended the quote for us each time--all within incredible timeframes too.

We spoke to Corrine multiple times over the phone, and she was similarly brilliant from start to finish! She reserved several dates for us, and checked in with us to see whether these dates were still likely or whether we needed to reserve any others. She was incredibly friendly, transparent, and personable, and she made us feel empowered, knowledgeable, and like we could fully trust her and Lee Atkins Transport--thank you, Corrine!

Rich, Jack, and Bart arrived within five minutes of the time they said they would, and packed us incredibly efficiently! We were amazed with their professionalism, friendly demeanour, and attitude to work: they were incredibly respectful of our items and showed a great level of care and detail with packing. Though they initially didn't have enough boxes to pack all our items, it was no problem whatsoever for them to get extra boxes quickly for us. We ended up changing their arrival time the following morning and this similarly proved no issue at all (again, arriving within five minutes of this time)--thank you for being so flexible and understanding! (Jack said he would be happy to start at 4:00am if that's what we wanted--hats off to his dedication.)

Rich, Jack, and Bart were equally amazing at unloading our items at the new house. They truly went above and beyond to ensure everything was in the rooms we wanted and rebuilt all our beds, wardrobes, etc. Huge, huge thanks to all three of you for working so hard and putting us at ease.

We truly cannot fault Lee Atkins Transport, and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone and everyone--thanks so much once again!

Great service from the company from the lovely office staff to the guys who came to move my belongings from Birmingham down to the Island, definitely recommend this company to anyone, friendly and professional all the way from first phone call to dropping off my stuff at my new home.
