Would highly recommend using M&M blinds & curtains. From start to finish the whole experience has been smooth. From dealing with the staff in the office to the fitters on the day. I am overwhelmed with just how beautiful my new roman blinds and curtains look. A huge thanks to the lovely ladies in the manufacturing department! Thank you so very much. Great company. I have just had all our new house measured up and there’s a Fantastic selection of fabrics to choose from. I can’t wait for them to be fitted.

What a professional company this is. Nothing is too much for them. From start to finish a brilliant service. I walked in the showroom and had such a helpful lady help me. Knowledgeable, courteous and great advice helping me choose. Then the measuring service was great. The fitters did everything needed and tidied up. After service advised how I clean my shutters and blinds.
Highly recommended for all your shutters, curtains and blinds. Plus home accessories. Thank you for everything.

I first contacted this company in January for a quote. Fitter came out a week or so later and measured up. The quote came by email around end January. I paid the 50% deposit on 03Feb and waited to hear back when my blinds would be installed. And waited…until end of February I contacted them and was told they would be fitted around 3 weeks later. The fitter arrived to fit my four Venetian blinds. I have 6ft drop windows - the cords on the blinds dangled 2ft from the ceiling. This required me standing on a stool every morning and evening to close the blinds. I called them and was told they would send out some “extenders”. These turned out to be extra lengths of cords requiring an ugly knot joining the extra length. Again - I didn’t hear anything back from them until I contacted them AGAIN and was told to wait a further 2 weeks for the fitter to return. He finally came yesterday with the extra cord which was completely the wrong colour! Fortunately I myself had ordered the correct colour from Amazon otherwise I would have been waiting a further 2-3 weeks for them to come back! I had wrongly assumed that their job would have been neater and more professional than a simple knotting together of the extra cord length. I was wrong. So we are now approaching the end of April and my new blinds have ugly cords tied and knotted in the middle. With hindsight I should have told them to take the whole lot back and re-cord them correctly but my front downstairs windows would have remained bare for months so this was not an option. I would AVOID this company completely. Their customer service is deplorable and they deserve to go out of business in my opinion.

I cannot recommend this company enough. From the girls in the show room to the measuring guy and the lads who did the fitting. All very professional. I am over the moon with my shutters.

From start to finish they were fantastic , the guy who measures, to the fitters were friendly and professional along with the booking in service, they have transformed our rooms , the shutters are just fabulous , yes they’re an expense, but classy and modern and so much better than curtains , it’s a family run firm and deserves to do well , we are one very happy customer !

I’m not sure where all the reviews have come from. We had them out to measure & price for shutters & were told we couldn’t have them because of our kitchen tap. After this the chap wasn’t interested in giving us a quote for roller blinds & left saying the office would phone with a price. We received a phone call a few days later from the office when they told us they didn’t supply roller blinds or curtains in our area. What an area has to do with supplying blinds and curtains I don’t know. We have now ordered shutters from Hillary’s who were far more professional.

Had my blinds from this great company few years ago and had a new blind fitted in my room today.

Today delighted with the install of our lounge shutters. Had two previous installs from M&M Blands for bedroom & kitchen. All three jobs have been fantastic, and fit to a very high standard. The shutters are easy to operate, they are of true quality, it’s made each room complete. Should have done them years ago. Just about to order the same the remaining bedrooms.

Theses shutter blinds are second to none, a lovely family firm that look after you very well , I just had my bay window done by Daz and his partner what lovely lads they were very friendly very quick and very tidy totally respected my bungalow
Looking for to having mine kitchen window done,
And I am waiting for someone to measure my bathroom and two bedroom windows, , they look amazing if you buy from this company you will be delighted with the workmanship

The shutters are lovely. Really good quality. The fitters were polite, clean, and efficient. Jayne was great at communicating. We are having another set fitted after this experience

A massive amount of fabric to choose from. You can ask for advice or just be left alone to browse. Measurer and fitter both came when they said they would. Really pleased with the finished product. Would thoroughly recommend.

Absolutely love my shutters they managed to fit them 3 days before Christmas. Friendly fitters and very quick, clean and tidy. I’ll certainly be recommending this company.

Over the last five months (with the exception of 1) I have changed all the window dressings in my home! With the help of ALL OF THE STAFF at M & M I have had new curtains, wooden blinds, shutters and what are so different for me Roman blinds! Each of my rooms has been transformed and looks fabulous! It was so much easier than I thought it could possibly be with the help of this exceptional professional team at M & M Blinds! I can't thank them enough and I will definitely contacting them again in the new year to complete my last window!!

We had shutters fitted in the front of the house loved them so much just had rest of house fitted too. Great service fabulous guys fitting them. Well worth it really looks great. Resolved a small issue quickly was no problem at all.

We were really impressed with the overall service, communication, professionalism and respect that the company is treating heir customers and their concerns. Just brilliant!

What can I say just had 3 blinds fitted today perfect we have used this company before so have had the whole house done.Mike did a fantastic job very friendly and professional clean and tidy.
Couldn't have done any better.so if you looking for new blinds I would go to this company.
