This is the second order from this great company, the fitters arrived exactly on time were very polite and efficient did a brilliant job fitting the shutters to the two remaining rooms. Well done a great job

We had shutters fitted in the front of the house loved them so much just had rest of house fitted too. Great service fabulous guys fitting them. Well worth it really looks great. Resolved a small issue quickly was no problem at all.

We were really impressed with the overall service, communication, professionalism and respect that the company is treating heir customers and their concerns. Just brilliant!

What can I say just had 3 blinds fitted today perfect we have used this company before so have had the whole house done.Mike did a fantastic job very friendly and professional clean and tidy.

Have had a nightmare with Hillary's so decided to use M & M after reading reviews. From start to finish have been excellent. Blinds a very good price and look good. Fitter very friendly and came when said. Will definitely use again.

Asked for a quote in June 2021 for shutters installing on a very large bay window, and the guy who came was very friendly, quick, and wasn't trying to push the most expensive product on me like some big name companies would. He also had samples with him that I could take a look at, which helped with such a big decision. The brochure he left was high quality and straightforward. The quote that eventually came through had three prices depending on the product, all of which were very good value and less than I'd initially expected.

Placing the order was very easy and ringing up to pay my deposit was done within five minutes. The interest-free finance option is fantastic for such a large purchase and makes sophisticated shutters affordable. They immediately told me from the start that there was quite a long lead time on installation due to COVID shortages of timber etc, estimating around 12-15 weeks, so I knew not to expect something too soon.

Right on schedule they contacted me to get me booked in for installation as they knew when the shutters would be arriving. The fitter, Ian, came in the timeslot I'd been given a few weeks prior which was very helpful as I'd booked off a day from work to be in. He was efficient, friendly, and installed the shutters with a professional finish and no mess whatsoever, which was massively appreciated.

In short, I cannot fault the service from M&M Blinds and would recommend them. From the quotation to the admin staff to the fitter himself, everything and everyone was great.

Today we had our European premium white oak shutters fitted, I've got to say how happy we are with the service, quality and fitting by M&M, the quality and look of these shutters is amazing, and Darren and his mate who did the fitting were polite friendly and professional and did a superb job,not only did they take pride and care in the job,but respected my home and furnishings, tidied up and took away all the packaging, delivery took a few weeks due to current situations but we'll worth the wait, was kept informed of progress and the company was a pleasure to deal with from having an estimate, booking and fitting, first class cannot recommend highly enough.

Just fabulous customer service. Have had several pairs of curtains and blinds made over the years. We had a Roman blind made over 2 years ago and recently broke the mechanism when it caught on a window handle. Took it back, repaired in a couple of days and when I went to pay there was no charge!!! Great after service and products are always good quality.

Wonderful service, bit of a delay in delivery due the world situation but was kept informed. Fitting was quick when they did arrive , really pleased with my plantation shutters and would certainly use this company again.

Paid deposit. Waited over a month for them to be fitted. They cancelled 1st fitting as "blind won't arrive till tomorrow".

A week and a couple of phone calls later they came to fit, only to discover their supplier had sent the wrong blind.

Why didn't they check it upon delivery to their store? Did it really take over a month for an off the shelf - (not made to measure) blind to be delivered or was it ordered at the last minute despite the deposit being paid a month earlier?

Another month and repeated phone calls, and the blinds still weren't fitted. Several promises of call backs with updates never happened.

By the end of the month I couldn't speak to the person in charge as they were "on the phone right now talking the supplier about your order", which was a remarkable coincidence.

Eventually they claimed it would in the store the next day and they would fit it the day after.

A week later I phoned to ask where they were, they promised they'd be there the next morning between certain hours.

So of course an hour before that timeslot, the fitter turned up maskless, walked to the bedroom, said "I'll need my tools" and walked out. Not sure how he was expecting to fit a blind without a screwdriver and drill...

He returned (maskless) and fitted the blinds.

I will never use this firm again. Mistakes happen, but the lack of communication, the lack of care and effort in rectifying the mistake was inexcusable.

Just had some Shutters fitted this morning, they are awesome. The quality is amazing and the Shutter Finish is brilliant. Highly recommended. The Fitters were very proffesional and friendly. 10 out of 10 to M%M Blinds.

Very happy we went to M&M blinds. The service as been great and the shutters are beautiful. Thank you Jerry for having a great team working for you. We must mention the fitters who came both Daz and Nick were a pleasure to have in our home and not only did they do a great job but left every room spotless. Recently bought some new blinds, quick delivery and installation

No problems as such. Only thing was we had to ring them to find out if our blind was ready for fitting, rather than them contacting us. Measuring service was good and on time. Had our blind fitted in our bathroom which did not take long. Looks very impressive and was a nice final touch to our newly installed bathroom. Have already ordered another blind for our kitchen. Good quality blinds. Will use again for other rooms in our home.
