They got all the tape and movies…
They got all the tape and movies transferred and put on. Memories sticks and DVD.
The only downside is that it’s quite expensive and it take quite a while for them to get them all down.
I started the process back in December 15 and got a reorder and just got the last one back this week on march 10
but it’s nice to see all the old memories.

This is the third time I have used Legacybox. The first time didn’t go well and I got someone’s videos mingle in with mine. Waited awhile before I tried again and was very satisfied so I waited until another sale before I did it again and was another satisfied outcome. I have found the kids love being able to view the photos online and would recommend it. Saving up again to digitize more.

The person who responded to my emails was fine. They did seem, however, to insinuate that I did not read the Welcome Kit correctly. PLEASE NOTE—Additional barcodes do NOT give you the discount you get with your $8 tapes. They are $17.99 each. The Welcome booklet states “there are no FURTHER discounts” when what they mean is that you won’t get ANY discount. Lots of emails later, they “gave” me a $5 discount for the 20 extra barcodes I used. I will use a local company in the future, staffed by Autistic individuals, who do a fantastic job, even putting items into folders, labeling, and sectioning videos if you wish.

Legacy Box Truly Helped Change My Kid’s Perception of Me
For nearly 25 years, I thought I had lost the home videos of my children. But when I found them around Christmas, I sent a couple dozen old mini-VHS cassettes thaf I made years ago.
Legacy Box, not only brought back some of the greatest memories of my life, but after seeing the love on the videos, it also completely changed my children’s perspective of how much love they received on a daily basis while growing up with now-divorced parents!
