Flexi-Access Drawdown quote

Legal and General took one week to generate a quote which requires someone to press a key to automatically generate it. Legal and General falsified my answers to their risk questionnaire.

Customer Service helpline or lack of it…

The customer service desk did not provide any help. The number offered in the letter was no longer valid. The alternative number took me through five security checks and then told me it couldn’t help me. Didn’t even get chance to speak to a human advisor on the query I had!!

Good agent

I was going to cancel my life insurance, because just paid my mortgage off. I was given my information and decided to stay with the insurance for another couple of years. Very helpful
