Delayed transfer for no reason

I used an ifa financial advisor to move my work place pensions to ifa approved wealth management but it still took 3 months and many unnecessary hurdles to complete. Amber flags on same investment that l g use meant I had to go through meaningless pension safe guard hour long interview

Avoid!

Very poor communication, took over a week to let me know they had the wrong address, intentionally delaying payout and not communicating. 12 working days later still no sign of money. Delay in availability of online cashout form and incorrect information given. Poor investment and losing money while I wait for payout

Post L&G reply. I have had no missed calls from them! It was supposed to be 10-15 days after I requested the payout! It’s taken them 13 days to start it and now 10-15 to 15 to receive it!!

Having reviewed your account, I can see that your payment was authorised yesterday and is expected to reach your bank account within 10–15 working days.

There has been no intentional delay in processing your payment. The initial payment was unable to proceed because the address we held on record was not up to date, which we would not have been aware of until the verification checks were completed. It is important that members keep their personal and contact details current to help avoid delays during the claims process.

I can also see that we made several attempts to contact you by telephone regarding this matter and, when we were unable to reach you, followed these up with email communications. Throughout the process, we endeavoured to keep you informed and updated on the progress of your claim.

That said, I appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback, and I will ensure your comments are passed on to the relevant team for review.
