I am impressed to see that the report was very thorough, but why is the neighbors' house showing up in the report and not mine. Now that I know my home's current value, I can proceed with another project that is in the works. The system is great with all the updates that are noted with the property records.

Dreaded property tax information......NOT! Awesome experience!!
I needed information on my house for taxes for 2021. I could not locate my property tax notification and had signed up for tax exempt status in 2019.
I couldn't believe how easy this was to locate, print and identify the various information I needed. Although I didn't need to contact customer service for anything, I received a follow up email from Darian minutes after printing my report. He asked if I was pleased with the report and offered further assistance if I needed anything. This was by far, the best experience I've had collecting tax information or any customer service communication.

I was not sure about this site, but everything was honest and legitimate. Most sites try to rip you off and charge an unseen amount of money. This site was extremely helpful and fast at getting me the information I needed without charging me an arm and a leg.
