I expected better service based on all of the good reviews but unfortunately my experience was not good. I was on a very delayed flight from Miami to Barcelona on Level air. As we and other passengers approached the baggage claim area we were met by a young man claiming to be with LegalSky offering to join their WhatsApp group, which we and several passengers did. Upon joining we were told we would receive further instructions on how to submit our claim. The only message sent to the group stated
“Good day,
We have already sent a message to your private chat from +34 654 21 5713. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact the flights department and they will assist you. Regards”,
…but we never received the private chat message. As I couldn’t reply to the group chat, I sent a direct message to LegalSky referencing the chat group title, Vuelo MIA-BCN IB2630 28/11/2025 600€. I then received a reply asking for the Flight number, departure and destination even though the information was in the group name. I sent this information again and never received any response. A few days later, I sent another message asking for information as well as sent a message through the LegalSky website and again, no reply from either. I’m m not sure what the issue is but from this first experience, I cannot recommend LegalSky. A friend in the airline business referred me to AirHelp. I went to their website, easily filed my claim, received prompt responses and timely updates on where the process was as well as set expectations on when I might receive results.

LegalSky provided amazing customer service and support throughout the legal claim after my flight was delayed by 7 hours. It took around 11 months to receive news that the case was won and I could claim the financial compensation. However, as I am from the U.S. I could not claim it to my American bank account. Two years later, I have moved to the EU and now have a bank account. I emailed them asking if it was too late to claim the money, and they immediately transferred it into my account- even though the claim was won in 2023! I’m very impressed and happy with this company.

Terrible. Our flight to Argentina was cancelled and we made the claim with Sky Legal. I have recently received my money after 2 years + 8 months. Everyone I know who made the reclamation directly with the airline were paid in months. After almost 3 years of chasing them, demanding information, I only got excuses. They did contact me 2 years + 5 months after the claim, asking again for my bank details in order to send me the money. As this mail went to spam as it came from a different email address, I did not see it. When i contacted them regarding the payment, I was again told, it was in teh courts. Only after posting a negative review here, did they tell me about the email advising of my payment being ready. Overall it was a negative experience. I would not recommend using them. However, I did finally get my money 2years + 8 months after the claim was made.

At the beginning they dealt very poorly with my documents - different people asked various times for the same documents and it took quite a while until they confirmed the complaint had been filed.

A year later there are no updates, despite them mentioning the average waiting time is 9 months. Next time I'll try on my own because this option seems to cause increased delays.

Our plane was delayed for the whole night, and my two children and husband were forced to spend the night at Barcelona airport. It was an unpleasant experience for a vacation. But we were pleasantly surprised how LegalSky was able to refund our money from the airline. This is our first experience, and it went very well. Of course, it all took more than a year, and the bank charged a commission when transferring money, since we live in Serbia, not Spain. But since the airline was Spanish, we decided it was better to contact a local assistant. This job was done succesfully.

Super helpful assistance! My son and I had a 4 hour delay on a flight Barcelona-Rome, so someone from Legalsky offered us the chance to join a whatsup group to follow the legal case. Once we sent all the details took few months to get a some money back! Recommended

Amazing even though it took 1 and a half years but it came through

Now it's already 3 years and never get paid

I had a large claim due to Wizz air company's responsibility for delayed departure. Since december 2023 until now, february 2025 I tried to settle claim with 6 different agencies but each time Wizz air claimed that they already paid me out which was a lie. Only Legal Sky managed to get me the settlement and I'm grateful for it. It took less then 3 weeks since they took over my case.

My money compensation case was handled with excelent professionalism by the team at LegalSky.
After a four hour delay flight from Madrid-Sofia, a person from their team gathered us in a group chat and explained in detail all the steps we must follow.
After that, all you have to do is send a photo of valid ID and the flight ticket. This happens privately (not in the group chat).
They give fast and straight to the point information which made it easy for me because my spanish is limited.
Keep in mind that this is a long process which will take some time.
You must have patience, the team is doing their job!

Air Europa gave all the reasons why they would not have to pay, no matter what we said. LegalSky took over, and in 13 months we had part of our compensation. The legal amount was 600 Euro, LegalSky settled for a little less, and got their cut. But without them we wouldn't have seen a cent.

LegalSky provided their services for a claim to AirEuropa due to an 8h delayed flight from the Dominican Republic to Madrid.

LegalSky had a very smooth procedure through which we could ask for our compensation (minimum effort from our side, everything was sent by email).

They informed us from the start about all our rights and that the process takes at least 8 months to be resolved.
Meanwhile they always promptly answered our concerns about the status.
