Our trip was great the staff on the bus…

Our trip was great the staff on the bus and guides were entertaining and helpful .
Hotel was a long way out of Amsterdam about 1.5 hours , cash dispenser in the town in a supermarket but the guides didn’t know this . Hotel couldn’t cope in the restaurant we were a group of 8 but we were always served last despite booking our table early at 7.30 . Other guests complained on our behalf as did we . Manager said all down to the chef ! However not good enough . Rooms comfortable and well stocked.

Trips great but we were not told that you could do both as one in the morning and one in the afternoon and you needed to pay cash on the bus . Hence needing to find a cash dispenser.

The booking staff at Head office were useless didn’t know enough information about each holiday and as I had a group of 8 gave each of us conflicting information. They never contacted me once as Lead passenger about missing information it was only when I called with questions they needed more information. I would not book with Leger again due up this fact and neither will my 7 other friends .

Magnificent Normandy D-day Landing Beaches Trip

The whole event was very well organised. Tony, who is blind and partially hearing appreciated that Mike, the guide had a very clear, precice voice. The coach team looked after us from start to finish. The staff at the hub took us in hand and kept us informed all the time. Mike had top notch knowledge of the subject and had lovely personal anectdotes. The whole trip was memorable.

Very long trips to and aroung French and Italian Riviera with 'annoying passengers behind us …

Very long trip* to Italian Riviera with Reims hotels being both very poor. Italian hotel (5 nights) acceptable room Very nice staff.
Very nice days to Monaco etc.
Matt and Dan both very excellent guides and drivers
*(Perhaps not Riviera's problem, but we paid for nice seats only to have a lady with dementia and husband with penetrating voice behind us. She kept asking the same things over and over again with her husband correcting her and scolding her constantly. My partner had to sit at the back of the coach occasionally. I had to put on headphones which meant I missed some of Matt and Dan's excellent commentary).

The battlefields of Normandy with Dan Matt and Mark

This was the first trip to France on an organised trip. I have to say Dan and Matt were fantastic as driver and host on a silver service trip. I must also commened Mark for his words and knowledge. We got to all the places of interest and more besides. I have to especially thank them for the little detour to our route, so I could go though the village of Maltot were my grandfather was killed. This was extra special for me and am truly grateful. These guys are a Credit to Leger holidays and worked so hard for passengers nonstop. Because of them alone I would recommend a trip

The two drivers were very helpful.

The two drivers were very helpful and did their best to keep everybody happy. I have to say though that although silver service is better than the average coach I would only want to travel Luxuria another time. Not having a kettle and tea and coffee in the room was a bit of a nuisence. The trip to the bulb fields and Delft were just what we imagined. Sadly we missed Amsterdam because of sickness.

What a long weekend in Normandy on the…

What a long weekend in Normandy on the D-Day tour, the drivers Ste and Jay were fantastic, helpful and a good laugh. Mike the tour guide has a mountain of knowledge and when above and beyond for everyone on the coach, getting to know each person and what had brought them into the tour. 10/10 would recommend!!!

Normandy D-Day landings brought to life!

We have just returned from the 4 day Normandy D-Day landings trip which has been absolutely marvellous. Our drivers, Steve and Jason were professional, safe and provided good service, with plenty of banter. However, the trip was brought alive by our guide, Mike Collins. His knowledge and enthusiasm was exceptional, but more importantly his interest in each of us on the trip was truly heartwarming. He provided facts, anecdotes and trivia at a manageable level, with confidence and sensitivity, and when appropriate, humour. We thoroughly enjoyed the trip, and it definitely exceeded our expectations. We would highly recommend it and, although it was a busy itinerary, there were plenty of stops and opportunities to take a breather.

Excellent trip…

The drivers Jason and Steve are exceptional. Great customer service and very professional. The guide ( Mike) was extremely knowledgeable, kind and professional. All in all, a great first trip with Leger. The pick up from our home address, not so great, still waiting for Legar to reply on this matter, however didn't ruin the experience due to the rest of your staff.

All Quiet on the Western Front

All Quiet on the Western Front. Having done this particular tour before, 2025, I found it very useful as things I missed before I was able to get to see this time round.
The crew, Tim tour guide, Sonia and Martin were fantastic and made the tour a real pleasure.
Tim was able to put a personnel touch to the tour and able to cater for individuals trying to locate family, myself being one. This with him amazining knowledge and presentation left me mentally exhausted at the end of each day as their was so much to take in. Which was brilliant 👏
Being looked after on the bus by Sonia and Martin only made the trip complete.
BIG thank you all concerned, a great experience again.
I'll be back.
The booking process was easy to do and the problem with taxis at the end was quickly rectified by the control staff. I feel something should be said to the Northampton taxi firm, as this could of put a damper on the whole holiday.

Paul and Jonathan are # 1 !

The best part of our holiday was Paul and Jonathan who took great care of us and Paddington Luxuria Coach , April 13-24 ,2026
The excursions to Pompeii , Capri and Amalfi Coast drive were excellent.
The hotels were great except for the dining room service at Moon Valley Hotel in Sorrento , although their location was perfect.

The Elegance and Charm of the italian and French Rivieras

Amazing holiday with the fabulous Matt & Dan on their Silver Service coach. Very professional and knowledgeable throughout the whole journey - great drinks too! All the places visited where great, with just the right amount of time, including Monaco, Monte Carlo, Nice, Eze, Cannes and the quaint harbour of Portofino. We thoroughly enjoyed all aspects of the trip - and have booked another trip later on in the year! See you all again in September - Claire and Sue x

This tour is well worthwhile but could be even better.

Transport worked well. Luxuria coach spacious but infotainment did not connect to Bluetooth and provided headphones very bad quality. Entertainment on board was noticeably child orientated. No relevant films or podcasts about what we were experiencing. Staff were very friendly & helpful. First hotel in Eindhoven was very large and expensive. The breakfast there was an unpleasant experience - a large crowd pushing & shoving. The tours were very interesting and informative. The guide at Gatow should begin the tour in Hanger 3 and be encouraged to focus more on WWII. It would also be interesting to include a visit to a German cemetery for broadening the experience. Travel between tours was long but reasonably comfortable- would be better if informative entertainment was added.

All Quiet On The Western Front

Ian, our Battlefield Tour Guide, was second to none. His professionalism, knowledge and willingness to go above and beyond were exceptional. He made the experience what it was.
The coach drivers Harry and Martin were also excellent and there was a good camaraderie between the three of them which infected the coach and created a great atmosphere.

All Quiet on the Western Front 4 day tour

I went on the All Quiet on the Western Front tour in order to find my Great Uncle's grave. With the help of Ian, our brilliantly knowledgeable tour guide, I found it. The whole tour was well organised. I didn't expect 12 hour days though, it was full on but so informative. One downside was that the Silver Service coach was only available from Folkestone. The feeder coach on which we spent half the holiday was cramped and not very comfortable. Drivers/stewards on both coaches were skilled and cheerful.

Holiday generally good

Holiday generally good. Accommodation satisfactory. There was a problem with evening meals at the hotel their seemed to be lack of staff, time waiting for food, not enough variety. We could have gone out to eat but didn't want to after a day out and about. This may be why it didn't work people had choice as to where they eat but I believe food was open to non residents? so perhaps they should be better prepared. Apart from this we were very happy with all the people we spoke to re booking and our coach team Shaun and Rachel (hopefully spelt correctly) were easy to get on with, obviously enjoyed their jobs were fun and did the little extra's which added to the holiday. Shaun a good driver and adapted easily to changes .

Lisa and Paul were brilliant as usual

Lisa and Paul were brilliant as usual. They are like friends as well as very professional. Loved every aspect of the holiday ie Coach very comfortable and always clean. Itineraries were fantastic saw so many wonderful sights. Everything was organised to the nth degree.
Enjoyed the holiday so much that I have booked to do the same trip again in April 2027.
