Amsterdam and Keukenhoff Gardens

Very comfy luxuria coach and our drivers looked after us really well and they managed to keep to time schedules on the road. Great hotel with good food. Fabulous days in Amsterdam and Keukenhoff Gardens.

The D-Day Landings 3 day tour

The D-Day Landings 3 day tour is a brilliant whistlestop overview of what happened in Normandy in 1944. The tour was lead by Dave who was very Knowledgeable and not only gave us a good summary of what happened at each location but also spent time helping individuals piece together there own personal stories of relations that were involved in the D day landings.
Our coach drivers also made the trip. If you have the opportunity to travel with Jason and Nathan they will make the trip even more memorable. Jason was very attentive and made sure everyone had what they needed and Jason was an excellent driver.
The hotel accommodation itself was good, however the only negative was that it was a bit of a drive to the various D day locations. It would have been better if the hotel was closer.

Wonderful trip to the DDay beaches

Wonderful trip to the DDay beaches, Adam the guide was outstanding, as were the Leger staff throughout.
Transfers all spot on, the Luxuria coach was very impressive.
All over a highly recommended trip.

Excellent trip

Nigel & Sarah were great as driver & host. Adam was a fantastic tour guide - his knowledge was amazing & his enthusiasm shone through. We only knew it was his first trip with Leger because he told us - it definitely did not show.
We were given a great amount of information for each stop, in terms of timescales & facilities but also excellent historical & relevant information. The days are full on but excellent.
For anyone else planning this trip, good walking shoes are a good idea. The Luxuria coaches are definitely worth the extra cost.
Thank you Leger, we had a great time.

Trip to Amsterdam and Keukenhof was…

Trip to Amsterdam and Keukenhof was very nice by Luxuria. The hotel was lovely, room spacious and clean, food in hotel was very nice.
Though drivers very nice there was a lack of banter and we had to ask for drinks, they weren't very forthcoming which was a shame.

Richard and Marcus were fantastic they…

Richard and Marcus were fantastic they could not do enough for anyone n the coach, they were funny and kept the coach well informed of the places that we went to on the Spanish Coast & Barcelona tour. Would recommend them to anyone who asks about the tours that Ledger have. See you on our next tour

A Mixed Bag

Although an Ibis the hotel and breakfast was of a good standard (although I was pleased I took my own bedding as it's difficult to sleep at the right temperature in manmade budget bedding) and the location was good for restaurants and sight seeing. The France logistics went well and driver/guide was polite and pleasant. However the guides did not appear to have anything other than the most minimal local knowledge and did nothing to help the group gel given it was a singles holiday. Frequent single travellers were in preformed groups and cliquey. I was travelling with a friend but assessing the company as a possible future singles holiday. Based on my experience I would not book again as a single traveller although I enjoyed the holiday.

Everything went wrong

Everything went wrong, badly organised, didn't keep/adhere to itinerary, turned it in it's head without a thought or consultation with any passengers. We also had a large majority of passengers on this tour that had Disability/mobility issues buy we were stuck on the coach for longer than 6hrs each day travelling to & from Amsterdam as we stayed 60miles outside Amsterdam which isn't acceptable for people with any sort of Disability or mobility issues. I suggest your staff do the ED& I course either online or face to face, Equality, Diversity & Inclusion to adhere to all the requirements/strategies to operate Professionally in a Customer Facing Environment.

A very enjoyable short break

A very pleasant short break. Both teams of drivers were excellent and very entertaining. The schedule was well constructed and worked well. The hotel was very welcoming and comfortable although rather a long way from Amsterdam and the gardens. The booking process could not have been easier. Overall a very enjoyable experience.

Western front amazing experience.

The team on board made our trip fantastic. They were professional, welcoming and friendly with everyone making sure that we felt comfortable and relaxed and informed at all times.
Ian our tour guide was amazing in his knowledge and delivery of the facts and figures. He gave them depth by telling individual stories with photos and pictures. He made the battles very poignant.
Our hotel was off a very high standard and breakfast was good and plentiful.
With very friendly and helpful staff.
The booking was easy and the correspondence was excellent. The transport links were seamless and on time. With all coaches extremely comfortable. Making the whole experience one of the most enjoyable trips I’ve ever booked and traveled on.
Well done all at Leger Holidays. And thank you for a truly amazing experience.

Just returned from D-Day beaches tour

Just returned from D-Day beaches tour. The drivers Nigel and Sarah were superb. They were very professional and did a fantastic job. Adam our tour guide was unbelievable. His knowledge of the D-Day landings is something else. He also conveyed the information superbly and had the whole party hanging on to every word. He made the trip worth every penny. The coach was lovely and comfterable. The hotel was great. Overall a great trip and we will most certainly be booking with Leger again for another trip. Thank you again.

An amazing trip to see the bulbfields…

An amazing trip to see the bulbfields in noth belgium and Holland. Floralia im belgium was much quieter than keukenhof and smaller but still beautiful. Colours were superb at both. Matt and dan were super drivers and a great team. We were well looked after. Hotel mercure antwerp was a great base breakfast was plentiful and the evening meals available to buy were lovely
