I can't recommend Leicester Psychology Clinic highly enough. They have been extremely supportive, professional yet warm and approachable. I have been on a journey for the last 5 years to get my son the support he needs, met with many road blocks, difficulty in accessing resources and long waiting lists. Leicester Psychology clinic (formally The Purple House clinic) has been a life line. Many thanks to Laura Hall and Dr Katie Fanning for your brilliant input into our experience and helping get the answers we have been looking for. I highly recommend assessments with both of you. My son felt at ease and was allowed to be his authentic self, he felt safe and comfortable in the clinic. For me, as his mother, this is all I want for him. To be himself, reach his full potential and understand his differences, accept himself and to be validated in the environments he is in. This is the start of a new chapter for him and I'm excited for it. Again, a big thank you from our family. We won't hesitate to use your services in the future, should we need them.

Lynne has been very welcoming and honest with us in relation to what can be achieved. She made it clear to us and our child what the sessions would be used for and made sure that our child felt at easy. She has listened to our concerns and has been honest with any thought she has.

We was recommend to Leicester Psychology Clinic by a friend who told us about her experience talking to David
and were really impressed. The environment was clean, calm, and welcoming — which helped us feel more at ease straight away.
I’d like to especially mention David, who made the experience far less stressful than we expected. He was incredibly kind and took the time to explain things clearly, helping us understand more about my daughter’s diagnosis. He is highly knowledgable and top of his game
He also provided us with excellent aftercare tools and shared helpful contact details that may support us going forward. That level of care and thoughtfulness really stood out.
We’re truly grateful for the support we received and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the clinic.

Leicester Psychology clinic are friendly and welcoming. They have been there for me and my family as we have navigated our way through anxiety and OCD, accessed help following
Diagnoses of neurodivergence. We now have a much better understanding of how this impacts us.
Through LPC we have been guided and equipped with strategies to enable us to succeed in a neurotypical world.
Both my children have gained a valuable insight into what makes them who they are, and now are able to use this to work through their struggles. They have both been assessed and diagnosed, giving them a better understanding of why they have struggled with fitting in and excelling when the system is set up for neurotypicals.
As a parent it has been important to understand that society has pitted us against each other and the playing field is not level.
Diagnosis has been eye opening and has led us to look at other family members sharing these traits and encouraging them to be screened.
All too often people make judgments about you without any idea of how hard you are trying to fit in with society’s view of “normal “. Having Leicester Psychology Clinic there throughout this has made life more bearable.

I am honestly so grateful for the help and support from Leicestershire Psychology Clinic! After a completely unreasonable waiting list on the NHS I arranged for my son to have assessments through this clinic and am so thankful I did. From that first moment all staff were amazing and so supportive and also absolutely fantastic with my son. They are with you every step of the way and make sure you are comfortable with the process, and are very responsive if you have any queries. Cannot rate them highly enough!
