Amazing service! Chose to have a look here for a new car based on a lot of positive reviews and it did not disappoint! Fair price and effortless transaction. Cameron was awesome from start to finish. Would rate 6 stars if I could!

Very friendly and very helpful

Well what can I say, found the perfect vehicle, contacted them, placed a deposit and went to see the vehicle intending to buy.
Now the showroom was nice and tidy and the range of cars they held were all respectable.
But that is where the customer service stops!
I bought the vehicle and when completing the paperwork queried the price but was told that was correct. But as time was getting close to closing time and we needed to get back for other commitments I accepted it.
After further investigation we found a little Sales preparation fee added, (£149) which was not advertised on the website or included in the price of the car. Now I would of accepted that and Yes I did sign, read paperwork at the time so I cant really complain.
But when the sales preparation fee is for the cleaning, checking the car over to make sure its road worthy then Yes I will warn others.
So firstly the next morning after buying the car, found one of the tyres flat, on further inspection found a nail in the sidewall (no where near the tread or where tyre meets the road. So called the dealership only to be told must of happened on way home. Yeah I don't think so given the next part.
So I decided I would again take the hit of cost for a tyre, so went to get changed, Tyre chap informs me that the locking nut was not correct, called them again to report this expecting something to be done AFTER ALL THEY CHARGED A SALES PREP FEE TO MAKE SURE CAR WAS PERFECT FOR THE CUSTOMER.
Only to be told well if you go to Ford you can get a replacement, when asked about are they paying they said well that what came with the car (so basically jog on) I also mentioned the 30 day return period but again was told i was being aggressive and threatning, so just so you have it for future ref here it is. (Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have a "short-term right to reject" a used car bought from a dealer within 30 days of purchase if it is faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose).
Consequently I had to have the locking nuts cut off as we were going on holiday and did not have the time to wait for ford to replace at the cost of £75 +.
Then had the cost of replacement locking nuts and the tyre. so all in all out of pocket well over £200+
SO DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE
Oh an Leigh motors don't bother responding on here as you havn't answered any of my emails, regarding complaints procedure so you may as well continue the trend. Dont really want to here the BS you try and come up with. If you want to discuss prior to court action, you know my details, Have also reported this trader to Trading standards.

I needed a car quickly and saw Leigh cars were the best priced. When I called they were very helpful in finding me a car the suited my needs and budget. I booked an appointment with Cameron who was not your usual pushy salesman. He was friendly and informative. I would recommend Leigh cars to friends and Family.

This was the easiest transaction I have had buying a car . Drove in part ex my car and drove away within an hour all paperwork completed, test drive and Cameron even sorted tax for me too .

Once I decided to change my car (which took a while) I looked around and kept ending up at Leigh Cars. One day, I was looking at the car I liked and was approached by Cameron who opened the car and let me sit in it. He explained everything about the car which really helped me make my mind up. Anyway, two days later the car is sitting in my drive and I couldn’t be happier.

Fantastic service ,Cameron is a lovely polite young man with a lot of knowledge on cars .was not pushy let us take our time to decide .

This company is absolutely useless. Bought a car that had a vehicle health check done at mercedes clearly stating the vehicle needed brake pads all round, tyres all round and had a coolant leak. They haven’t helped sort the issues and have been extremely rude. I do not expect to purchase a £30,000 car that has a water leak! Bald tyres and no brake pads!!! All I wanted was these issues addressed and they are not interested. If you want a decent car do not buy one from here as the aftercare is shocking and the cars have no money spent on them. If any body would like proof of the health check to see that this is the truth mercedes kindly sent me this as Leigh cars wouldn’t! It’s pretty clear why they wouldn’t! I will be taking them to court 😊

Buying a car can be daunting. Our experience was relaxed and the whole process problem free. Everything was as advertised and the car was really nice. The premises created a good atmosphere and there was no pressure. We look forward to many miles of motoring in our new car. Thanks to Cameron and Dan

So i visited Leigh cars to buy my first car this week, to help me throughout when looking at a car to then purchase the car. I had Cameron at the dealship help me through the process of everything, making it go smoothly and not feeling pressured to buy a car if I didn’t like, high recommend to look their and would 100% go back again :)

I’ve recently purchased my new car through Leigh Cars. They were absolutely fantastic! Super friendly and helpful, was happy to answer any and all of my questions and the whole process was super simple. Collection was really easy, and the car absolutely exceeded my expectations. It was absolutely spotless inside and out, and all the documentation was prepped and waiting. Highly recommend!
