Always great service, along with expert guidance and testing at Leightons.
I always feel in safe hands and reassured my eyes are being well cared for. The selection of frames is always fab and having worn glasses for most of my life, appreciate the care and time the team take to make sure you get something that is right for you.

Had my annual hearing test today and wax removed.
As usual Ash was extremely friendly and professional,
all finished in half an hour.

Dan gave me all the time I needed and was focused on my satisfaction. His many years of experience helped me make an attractive and lasting choice for eyeglasses for a difficult prescription. He also ensured the quality of my finished glasses and insisted on first rate workmanship. I will come back again to this practice as everyone was professional and knowledgeable. Having recently moved to the Chiltern Hills area, I am so pleased to have found Leightons Insight Opticians in Marlow. What a fabulous team providing a highly professional, friendly and attentive service. Martin and Dan were incredibly knowledgable, helpful and went above and beyond giving me complete confidence and satisfaction - which is often missing at the larger companies. I experienced an outstanding attention to detail regarding my eye health and prescriptions for contact lenses and eyeglasses. They talked through the best options and helped me to find exactly the frames and lenses I wanted - all at very competitive pricing. My wife and I will definitely be returning and would highly recommend these opticians to anyone.

I had a great experience at Leightons Marlow - the entire team were excellent. As a new customer, I had a full eye exam and sight test for glasses and contact lenses. Harpreet, Ed and Natalie were all really friendly and very professional.

Excellent service provided by Harpreet Brar and all the team at Leighton’s Marlow. I recently had a medical emergency with my vision, phoned my local branch of Leighton’s (Marlow) - my call was received by reception in a very sympathetic manner and an urgent appointment was made for me to see an Optometrist on the same day. Subsequently I went to see Harpreet Brar who ran extremely thorough tests on my eyes, conducted in a very professional and caring manner. All turned out well, thank you, Harpreet and team at Leighton’s Marlow.

Bad awful they all looked really unfashionable

Contact lenses never arrive on time, poor service

I’ve been a customer of Leightons Insight Marlow for years and can’t recommend them highly enough, especially Martin for contact lenses. I recently purchased some new glasses and Tara provided excellent suggestions and advice on style and design.

I think the man was called Albert. He was so courteous to my elderly father who had sat on his glasses and needed them fixed pronto. Thank you for your lovely manner with customers - you really were the silver lining in a difficult day for us - you were on duty Sat 21 May in the afternoon

Dropped into Leightons Marlow because my frames were crooked after a fall. The usually friendly excellent service - they were straightened and fit perfectly again.

My hearing was greatly improved when Leightons in Marlow removed earwax which another provider had failed to dislodge

On International Women's Day , I loved the superb professional and caring service from Tara and the other ladies in the Marlow practice today.

I took my 3 year old autistic son to Leightons in Marlow for his third pair of glasses in the space of 4 months. Initially, I went to Boots, where they gave him the wrong size and were inappropriate.

We were welcomed by Albert, who was friendly, approachable and put us at ease straight away. He was great with my son, taking his time to build rapport to allow glasses on his face. We talked through options that would be best. I left Leightons feeling confident and happy that we made the right choice. 2 days later the glasses were already back - such speedy service. We went back to Albert to check the glasses fitted correctly. Albert was his usual friendly, helpful self. We had such a great experience - it made what could have potentially been a stressful experience a calm, happy and memorable, one.

Very good sight test, and the glasses are comfortable, light and clear. Rapid turn round on the order.
