Sheena at Leightons sorted my ear wax problem, she's fantastic. She's so kind and clever. My narrow ear canal was a problem for other people to help, but Sheena was able to access and resolve the problem, removing my discomfort, reducing my tinnitus volume, and allowing me to hear properly again. Thank heavens. Bless you Sheena and Leightons.

1st time with Leighton, booked ear wax removal in thatcham. Arrived 5mins before and I was seen on time, Sheena done a great job start to finish, informing all the way through the appointment, answered all questions I had etc. very happy I now have hearing again!

Very thorough hearing test conducted by Sheena. She explained what each part of the test was intended to show and then provided a detailed explanation of the results.
Same high standard of care and professionalism as is normally provided by the team in Thatcham.

I found out that they can adapt the Ultimate Eye Examination for people with numeracy difficulties or people who find it hard to deal with bright flashing lights. Brilliant! Very inclusive service

Elenor was lovely during my ear wax removal as I had to go back a second time due to ear wax not being softened enough. We got there in the end - what a relief. Fair price too comparatively (although this used to be free at the GP surgery) !

I was late for my appointment as I had noted the incorrect time, but the kindly team fitted me in anyway.

The hearing test was conducted in a professional but kindly manner, with helpful explanations given at each step of the process.

The interaction with Elenor O'Nyons was professional and informative. She explained clearly what she had observed, removed the wax from both ears proficiently by microsuction and then helpfully carried out a hearing test. She displayed a genuine caring interest in her patient/customer and was not just 'doing a job',

Went for a hearing assessment and was seen by Dr Sheena Ruparelia. She was fantastic. She discussed the process clearly and positively, carried out numerous tests and explained the results without being patronising or confusing. This was a very positive experience. There was no hard-sell at the end and I left with a range of recommendations to consider. I will be going back. Highly recommended
