Sheena was thorough in her investigations into the problem with my left ear, diligent and conscientious, clear in her explanations. Sheena also undertook to move forward towards a referral for me. All of this is particularly helpful and constructive. Thank you.

I had a pre screening at Leightons Thatcham with Jo and then an eye test with Murray and lastly a glasses adjustment with Mark who were all super friendly and helpful. I would really recommend Leightons for eye and hearing tests.

I came to see Sheena after being a passenger in a serious car accident recently. I have got bad tinitis and some difficulty hearing and was convinced I had permanent damage and hearing loss I couldn’t recover from. I had so much anxiety and fear coming to the appointment but Sheena was so so lovely, polite, kind and listened to me, explained everything in detail, reassured me throughout, took her time so I felt valued (which does not happen in some medical appointments) and on top of that expressed empathy which again is not something everyone takes the time to do - to me that’s really going above and beyond basic work requirements. I would absolutely use Leightons again for eye and ear tests knowing that this is the sort of person that would be looking after you and your health. Thank you so much for being so lovely to me 🤍

Really impressed with the speed with which I was offered a consultation and investigation. The eye care scheme was well worth it. The scans and pictures were completed efficiently. The optometrist was clear and reassuring. Jo was clear about what was going to happen during the scans and pictures and clear in telling me what I needed to do. Great location in Thatcham.

Yesterday I had the most complete Hearing Test at their Tharcham Branch that I have ever had, far superior to any Multi National Firms I have previously entrusted with my hearing needs. Unhurried, non pressurised and a total honest appraisal of my current needs. I highly recommend their service.

Sheena of Leightons Thatcham gave me a comprehensive hearing test and advice on hearing aids. Everything was explained extremely well ! Subsequently my new hearing aids, care and follow up appointments are wonderful. I cannot recommend Leightons highly enough.
