I recently had an annual contact lens review and then a hearing test.Both are covered by the monthly plan and I consider it to be excellent value for money. Alison and her team are so kind and caring and always provide excellent service.

Dr Sheena Ruparelia managed my blocked ear with total professionalism and kindness. She explained everything she was going to do and was very gentle.She brought me back for further management to complete the procedure.

A comprehensive eye examination carried out by Janet in a friendly and very relaxed manor with a clear explanation of procedures and results.
A careful measurement of eye/spectacle relationship and excellent choice of frames and lenses all guided by Mark.
Final supply and fitting by Alison gave that reassurance of excellent vision.
Overall, a very professional, reassuring experience in a safe and friendly atmosphere.

Thought I would try and support local shops by using the local branch. However although the quality of the eye examination was excellent the price options at over £800 for glasses were for me as a pensioner just to expensive.

Today i came away from a hearing assessment appointment with Sheena at Leightons in Thatcham feeling informed, reassured, and confident in her assessment. Sheena was very professional, caring and un-hurried. The test was comprehensive and the results were explained in depth. All the staff were pleasant and welcoming and I felt 'Covid safe'. Certainly to be recommended.

It was my first time at Leightons. They were friendly and really professional as soon as I arrived. The Audiologist took the time to explain everything clearly, it never felt I was on a time limit. I will certainly be using them in the future. Great service!

Very good service for sight test and glaucoma test. Staff very were thorough and attentive. Nice to see that COVID measures were in place as well. I felt valued and safe!

Leightons were very professional from the moment that I entered the shop. I was seen promptly and had a very thorough hearing check. The Audiologist explained the results and advised me of the next steps. I did not feel pressurised into buying hearing aids. My hearing will be reviewed again in six months time.

I have, unfortunately, had to have excess earwax removed a number of times but Sheena made the experience as pleasant as possible

From the outset my requirements and concerns were treated extremely carefully and thoughtfully. Great care has been taken to match the aids with my needs. Nothing has been too much trouble when setting up and training me how to use, clean and re-charge my aids and I think the five year plan including hearing tests, wax checking and removal is ideal for my situation. Altogether a very positive experience which I have no hesitation in recommending.

Excellent service from start to finish. I felt very safe and was made welcome. The whole process and types of procedures I could have to remove ear wax were clearly explained and I was fully prepared about the procedure which I had. It was really good to be shown the details of my ears visually and to have a full explanation of my ears.

I had been suffering for 6 weeks with hearing loss in one ear, after a consultation with the audiologist and treatment, my hearing is now restored. The appointment was legnthy and I did not feel rushed to move on to the next appointment. From a covid point of view, the branch was clean and well managed for safety and cleaning guidlines
