The delivery took one month. When I sent a query, they did not respond. Now I am trying to get a refund and again they don't respond. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend.

Never received my parcel
Never received my parcel. Yodel said they delivered it to a safe place but it wasn’t anywhere to be found. Could not then get an answer from the company about how they were going to solve it. Glad i only ordered one pair! Still p*ss*d off about losing my money and my time chasing this!!
Company’s response on here was a lie. They did not contact or try to contact me. Thankfully Paypal refunded me.

Unfortunately, after seeing this review we tried several times to identify and contact the customer in order to investigate the situation and offer assistance. Through Trustpilot we also requested the order details (name, email and order number), but we did not receive any response within the time provided.
At the moment, without these details, we are unfortunately unable to locate the order in our system or verify what may have happened with the delivery.
According to the review, the courier marked the parcel as delivered in a “safe place”. In situations like this we normally open an investigation with the courier and work with the customer to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
However, since we have not received any information that allows us to identify the order, we have not been able to proceed with the verification.
Our team ships orders every day and customer support is always available to resolve any delivery issues. We would genuinely like to help resolve this situation.

Overall happy with my experience!
I recently ordered a legging from LeiShape and I’m really happy with it. The fit is great, it’s comfortable, and it sits nicely on the body without feeling too tight or restrictive.
I also had a minor issue and reached out to their customer service. They were very friendly, honest, and handled everything quickly and professionally, which I really appreciated.
Overall a great experience, both with the product and the support team.

Never received my order and they are not responding on my emails. Scammers.
After a few weeks I did get a response but still not received my order. I have a notification of the delivery company that say it was delivered in february but the package is nowhere to be found, also not with my neighbours.

These leggings are very comfortable and warm. The fabric feels soft, and they fit nicely without being too tight. They also provide a smooth look around the legs and waist, which makes them comfortable to wear. Overall, I’m happy with them.

I do not recommend shopping at Leishape. My experience with this company has been extremely disappointing. I still have not received my package, even though a significant amount of time has passed since I placed the order.
Unfortunately, all my attempts to contact customer service to clarify the situation and resolve the issue have gone unanswered. The complete lack of response is unacceptable and shows a serious lack of professionalism and respect for customers.
I feel ignored and left without any support. I strongly advise others to think twice before ordering if they expect reliable service and timely delivery.

Comfortable but not durable
Bought the tights and when I got them I was delighted. They arrived on time and there was no issues there. First day I wore them I got a hole in both of my toes and I wasn't even wearing them a full day. Second day I wore them they split at the seam at the cr*tch. I'm happy I only bought one pair to test them out. I was so disappointed because they were so comfortable and warm otherwise. Their website states they are indestructible and I'm sad to say I've proven that statement wrong. They just don't seem to be very durable. I've submitted a request to see will they replace the torn pair as they state they will on their website. If they do I'm willing to edit this review in case I just got a faulty pair.
