Great experience! My Bianca V3 arrived with a bent frame. Chris's coffee immediately sent me a claim form, and then Matthew from Lelit arranged the return for the damaged machine, and quickly overnighted me a new V3! It's working great and I'm pulling fantastic shots! Excellent customer service!

Great experience getting the machine, not so great when i exchanged Anna for Victoria. Sage/Breville customer service were a shambles but unfortunately that is where the return/exchange had to land. 5 phones calls regarding refund of ALL components ensued (Refunded the machine immediately) & ended up emailing Lelit Italy to assist with the issue. They did immediately & hance why i have awarded 5 stars as all bar Saga C/S everything was excellent. Ordering direct & delivery were quick & speedy. Communication with Lelit was brilliant. Without Sage C/S involvement it would have been 5+ Stars

I'd give 6 stars if I could.
I bought a used MaraX and one of the water tank handles was broken. Lelit normally doesn't stock replacement parts for that, but they offered to send me one for free!

I received goods that were damaged (probably in transit). Additionally there was water emitting from the steam wand - this I was subsequently advised this was from internal testing - I believe it would be well worth Lelit mentioning this on the site to ensure clients do not jump to the wrong conclusion in that the unit has been used. Otherwise the communication with Lelit support (once the correct channels had been identified) was professional, concillatory and efficient.
