I expected a mature response where some sympathy and understanding is shown towards someone who has expressed DESIRE TO BUY YOUR PRODUCT TO GIFT TO SOMEONE WHO IS A CONNOISSEUR but can’t afford full rate of your coffee machine. Any company becomes famous only when people love its products and BUY THEM. No one remains on top for ever that’s why all top companies spend millions on advertising to get more customers.

I reached out with a maintenance issue regarding a squeaky lever on the machine. I didn't want to replace anything, I just wanted some instructions on how to lubricate the lever. Rather than your typical nonanswers, Lelit customer service had a real person get right back to me and sent over a youtube video and Lelit based instructions for how to do the maintenance. Instead of months without my main coffee maker, I had it fixed in less than 10 minutes. I've never been so happy with a purchase or a brand!!!

I recently purchased a Mara X model from Lelit, a company known for selling prosumer espresso machines and grinders. Unfortunately, my experience with their customer service and product quality has been nothing short of disappointing.
Firstly, Lelit shipped the machine in a different color than I ordered. When I reported this, they asked me to return the 50-pound package to UPS to get a replacement. Despite their promise of expedited shipping for the replacement, it arrived 5-7 days later, and to my dismay, it was broken upon arrival.
To add to the frustration, Lelit once again asked me to return the damaged machine without offering any compensation for the inconvenience caused. It took a week of persistent communication before they finally arranged for a UPS pick-up service, which should have been offered from the start.
The final straw was discovering that the replacement machine was assembled in 2020, making it four years old. It's no surprise it arrived damaged, considering its age and likely poor storage conditions. This series of mistakes and the lack of adequate customer support have led me to completely return the machine and to decide never to buy from Lelit again, and I strongly advise others to steer clear of this company and its products.
Overall, the lack of customer service, multiple errors in delivery, and the unacceptable condition of the replacement machine make it impossible for me to recommend Lelit to anyone. Save yourself the headache and look for a more reliable company for your espresso machine needs.
They have bad representatives, rude people answering the phone.
when I asked why does the Bianca costs AED 8800 Delivered to my home from Italy to UAE, they don't have an answer other than "if you buy it online we will not repair it for you" which says a lot about Lelit the manufacturer choosing such a distributor.
It costs around AED 12000 to buy from the UAE dealer, and because I had 4 previous incidents, I can confidently say they have no good technicians. so I don't see why there is a difference between buying from them or online cause, either way, I won't be able to fix it at Lelit UAE, and will cost a fortune to ship back to Italy.
