Bad purchase procedure in all possible ways.
Company somehow failed to confirm the purchase after card payment, and had been pestering me to make a call to my bank for the verification (or else they would cancel the order). This alone does not instill confidence; however speaking with customer service somehow all was sorted and confirmed multiple times. However after that they managed to ship the items incorrectly, and the purchase never reached me. Copy-paste response to every attempt to draw their attention in writing. I'm requesting a full refund.
AVOID THE HASSLE and choose alternative providers of goods!
