Extremely late delivery.
I had given this shop a top 5 star rating before. But I wish I can take that back. My delivery has been 1 month late and I still have not received this order.this shop is terrible to shop from unless u want to pay for express shipping. Even their regular tracker shipping offer has been terribly late . This sucks coz I see no need to pay for express delivery even I have been calculative to order for stuffs early enough. We also do not store any of your card details as per the EU Data regulations act.
Your card details that you enter at the time of making the payment is encrypted and erased from our system as soon as the payment is processed. We would request you to kindly contact your bank at the earliest to raise this concern with your bank so that this can be taken care of.
As a preventive measure, we have also forwarded the details to our concerned technical departments and we have also raised an investigation regarding the same to check more details and have received an update from our team stating that no data has been lost from our servers as it is highly secure and encrypted.
