Got there in the end!
After posting a bad review on this site, received a call from customer services who informed me that I would not have to wait for the investigation of where my facial steamer had been posted and a new product would be sent by the £9.00 postal option which would guarantee that the parcel would be with me by 1pm the next day! Waited in all morning, no parcel. Facial steamer finally arrived at 3pm! Finally have the product but would think twice about using this company again!
