As a founder I need tools that just work and lemlist delivered. We built a sequence in an aftermoon and it helped us close an important partner. Pricing is fair for startups and the personalization options helped our small team scale outreach while keeping a human tone.

We migrated from spreadsheets and messy sending to lemlist and the difference is huge. Data is cleaner, duplicates are gone and campaigns run smoothly. Some labels took a bit of time to learn but it’s been rock solid since. Automations and deliverability are top tier.

We went with this plan mainly for the CSM support.
Onboarding was smooth, we had several sessions to get the most out of the tool and review campaigns.

As RevOps I love that lemlist fits perfectly into our stack. Custom fields and event triggers reduced manual work and improved handoffs. We now have cleaner exports for reporting and more predictable pipeline improvements. It solved many of our daily pain points.

Simple and effective. Onboarding was fast, our team ramped quicker and the quality of replies is better. The onboarding webinars were actually useful and the playbooks helped us stay consistent. Would love richer analytics but overall great product. Carl

Great overall experience
I started using this tool mainly because of the built-in lead database, and it has honestly exceeded what I expected. The filtering system is flexible and powerful enough that I can pinpoint very specific types of companies—gamedev included—without any hassle. The lead relevance has consistently been strong, which has made targeting much easier.

The interface feels smooth and pleasant to work with, and the whole platform runs incredibly well. I also love that I can keep adjusting and fine-tuning my campaigns while they’re active, which helps me improve results faster.

Overall, I’m really happy with the experience so far — it’s honestly one of the best tools on the market.

I’ve been using lemlist with my team (10+ reps) for a few months, and it genuinely made our outreach easier to manage. The “work from CRM” feature is a big win, reps can use lemlist’s power without ever leaving the CRM, which keeps everyone focused and consistent.
Having email, LinkedIn, calls, and even Whatsapp in the same place makes our daily work much more efficient.
Deliverability has also been solid, and we’ve had far fewer issues than before. On top of that, the team behind lemlist ships new improvements really fast, which is refreshing compared to most sales tools.

It’s not magic, but it helps us stay organized, send better messages, and keep a steady outbound rhythm. For a sales team doing daily prospecting, it’s a solid choice.

They reached out to me to warn me about a bad setting on my SMTP provider and it allowed me to fix it pro-actively before running my campaign. Much appreciated!

i love it because it's easy to use, have strong CRM integrations (i use hubspot) and the API combined with N8N allows me to do creative workflows.
Also i've heard their CRM extension is easy to use (reps feedback).

I've been satisfied with all functionnalities

I've been using lemlist for several months now, and it's been a game changer. The platform is easy to use, helps me manage my outreach efficiently, and I've already closed several clients thanks to it. Highly recommend for anyone serious about improving their email outreach!

Although the product was a work in progress I loved all of the features that were available and the customer experience was top notch. We had to pause the service for the time being due to internal factors and due to missing SMS and WhatsApp outreach features but I found out that these were also added to the suite in the meanwhile so we are posturing to return to the platform starting in Q1 2026. Awesome product and a team that is truly listening to the feedback and creating something special. Looking forward to get back to lemlist soon and discover all the goodies that are being added.

I have been using lemlist for a few years now. Their community and support has always been a great help for me to step up my outreach game. It's truly amazing to see how good the product gets better month after month. Definitely tool #1 in my sales team.

Using lemlist for over 2 years now, after trying multiple different tools before
And for me it's years ahead, very easy to use with many advanced options.
Everyone I have recommended lemlist to has been very happy too.

Customer success is inexistent. Been chasing them for a demo and onboarding call for a week and still nothing. I even interrupted my trial and paid to get better support, but apparently being a paying customer means nothing for them. Their account managers don't reply to emails and cancel meetings at their will which is out of this world!
