Great tool for SDR teams, we run multi touch sequences and deliverability has improved since we started using lemlist. A/B testing subject lines and tracking real engagement helped us optimize fast. Reporting could go deeper but this is now a core part of our outreach stack.

lemlist transformed our outbound, we cut reply time in half and the personalization features actually work, prospects reply like real people now. HubSpot integration was easy and the sequence reporting gives clear next steps. Highly recommend for sales teams that want to scale outreach without losing the human touch.

I've purchased them because they said they have leadbase. Unfortunately, number of filters is quite poor. To find gamedev companies u have to add tones of filters and still relevancy is less than 12%.

Some UI bugs. And it's also impossible to change something when campaign is running.

Lemlist is a great tool to automate outreach and lead management. Highly recommended if you struggle to manage leads or get replies or it takes you a whole lot of time and energy to do so.

I really like their product and their co-founder Guillaume but I am really dissapointed in their failing to give a commercial gesture when they made me waste 14 days because they didn't tell me when my trial was up...

Attention to detail = 10/10. You know, it's impressive. They've really thought about the customer here. I love the tool and it's inspired me todo better in my own businesss.

The product appears to be good, but sales and support are terrible.

Have been waiting 3 or 4 days for sales to contact us... we have heard nothing. If a company cannot provide a decent level of service when you want to buy, I dont have much hope for when I do become a client.

We've encountered several recurring issues that have made the platform difficult to rely on day-to-day. It’s one of the buggiest tools I’ve used — something breaks or doesn’t behave as expected nearly every other day. Beyond that, there are several missing features that feel fundamental for any sales workflow. A few of many examples:

- No ability to view job titles during outreach, which is critical for relevance.

- Once cadences are launched, there's no way to edit them — even for minor adjustments.

- You can’t see account relationships or deal stages within the platform, which makes it hard to align with live pipeline activity.

- Manual tasks can't be taken out. Only way to complete them is to mark as done, which sends the message. If a prospect replies over email there is no easy way to eliminate the task.

Overall, it feels like the product was designed without enough input from actual sales practitioners. Would really benefit from more real-world usability testing and feedback from SDRs and AEs.

Not worth it. I paid for the plan, and most things are still not as advanced as marketed.

I think the tool is good but the customer support is absolutely ridiculous. They are not answering your questions at all they keep on going in circles, and even though you push them they are still not giving you the answer you're looking for. Honestly, it feels like an AI BOT but very badly made.

When I cancelled my subscription I was charged over $400 for nothing.

If you’re serious about cold outreach, this tool is essential. Makes the whole process smooth and efficient.

Cancel subscription is not transparent, payed several month without using it because i thought it is cancelled
