So easy to submit invoices! LOVE, LOVE LOVE Lemonade!!

Do not fall for the low rates because you are essentially getting a low rated policy. My daughter had pet insurance and renters. The experience with the pet insurance was so bad that we cancelled the renters immediately. They ask for documentation that didn't exist and it was explained multiple times that was incorrect. All you get is AI driven replies with no real person response and explain denial of claims. Don't bother with the help@lemonade email address, again all you get is an AI driven response. Still working through the appeal process with them but you can never get an answer about anything. Worse pet insurance ever, spend the extra money go with a company that knows what they are doing.

Haven’t taken out the policy as they only offer monthly payments from my card. No direct debit options, and given the reviews stating they’re struggling to cancel renewal payments, I’ll avoid this potential headache!

Lemonade settles claims quickly every time

Working to file a claim has been SO easy with Lemonade. Unfortunately, my puppy has had many vet visits in the past two months, and without our insurance it would have been incredibly expensive to get him help.

Lemonade has never let us down when it comes to our pet insurance. Their service has been nothing short of outstanding! From the start of the claim process up to their prompt review and refund, our experiences have all been positive and good. We have been using Lemonade for years now and their good customer service has always been consistent. Hopefully, it will always stay this way- good customer service above all else.

I love lemonade insurance. This is my dogs (daughter) 2nd TPO surgery in 2 years, 2 legs. As soon as I paid the vet bill ($7000 for the second, $10,000 for the first) I sent it over to lemonade and within a few days 90% of the bill was back in my account to be covered. I dont know what I would do without lemonade, it has been a God send for my wild girl and I. So glad I have had it since she was a first adopted as a pup, shes 6 years old and I always know someone has our backs when it comes to surgery, emergency and illness. Way better insurance for my dog than I even have for myself. Thank you, always.
