Phoned at 10am in the morning reporting a non-urgent issue not expecting to have anyone attend on-site for a few days. However, an engineer was onsite by the afternoon and the problem was fixed. Communication excellent, work done to a high level of quality and people very professional.

From the initial meeting with Mike on site to discus type of STP we would need and to the planning with Gill on days and dates for the installation was a solid 10/10,
the contractors used for the install were knowledgeable and went the extra mile to make sure everything was was safe and done according to regs,
works were completed as per estimated days and the switch over never affected us at all , the site was left clean and tidy and a run though of the plant was especially helpful , a post commission date been set for Mike to check the plant is working as it should be ,
a very easy and stress less experience highly reccommend Lemons

Provides a very good service which is what every body wants. Have been with this company for many years now and they are reliable and reasonably priced. They regularly service our Klargester which serves 7 houses providing the reliability we need.

Lemon Drainage ( Mike ) have been servicing our home sewage treatment plant for a number of year now. With no previous experience of living without mains sewage, it's been reassuring for us to have Mike on hand to keep everything working smoothly !

When the air blower failed at the weekend, Mike was on hand to offer some advice Saturday evening to help stabilise the system and was then on site Monday to fit a replacement part.

I couldn't have asked for more and was extremely grateful for the prompt efficient way in which we've been supported.

Lemon Drainage Services have been servicing our domestic septic tank for 10 years now and throughout that time have provided a first class, reliable and very cost effective service. The team that Mike has put together are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The annual service is very thorough and on the rare occasion there has been an issue with the septic tank it has been resolved promptly and efficiently.

We have had a very good experience with Lemon Drainage who helped with commissioning and installing our Kingspan Klargester. Mike was extremely helpful and patient with explaining how everything will work. I definitely recommend them!
