I knew that this was not going to be a quick experience, but I was not prepared for it to take as long as it did. I started on July 24, 2024. I received my settlement payment on October 3, 2025. In the end, they did get me a reasonable settlement. I have two main concerns with my experience with Lemon Law Group Partners.

The first concern I had with my experience was the lack of communication, or communication follow through. I had a total of SEVEN case managers, and it seemed like none of them shared any of my case information with the next one. I had to resend my case information to them a minimum of seven times. Each time I got a new case manager I had to give a recap of what had happened previously. I was keeping records and a running case file on my own so that gaps were not missed due to the lack of communication. This was the most frustrating part of my experience with them. To be clear, I was not expecting daily or weekly updates. However, I was expecting that they would keep proper documentation and a continuum of the process with each hand off. The last two case managers, Joshua and Stacey, were by far the most helpful.

The second concern that I had was a seemingly nontransparent view into how the attorney's fee would be paid. During the initial agreement signing I was lead to believe that the manufacturer would pay my attorney fees. They did, kind of. The attorney fees are "inclusive" in the settlement that they negotiate for you. This means that you will be presented with an offer of x, but the money you will receive in hand is x minus the attorney fees. This was not made clear in the beginning of the process.

Overall, if I were to go through this again I would have dealt with the manufacturer on my own. I had negotiated a larger settlement prior to obtaining legal assistance. I would have dropped the attorney, but the contract that you sign says that you cannot negotiate your own settlement, and if you do you still have to pay them. The settlement I negotiated prior to obtaining legal representation was two or three thousand more than the inclusive settlement offered. I ended up losing at least $5,000 by going with this group. Hindsight is 20/20.

Though was skeptical at first due to how they communicate with their clients, but the technology we use changed my skepticism. They stayed in contact throughout the entire process. Its important to your case to have all proof for a stronger case. I would highly suggest Lemon Law Group Partners for their dedication to their clients. As stated with me being skeptical in the beginning , I did my research on their background and found them to be legitimate. They use an app throughout the process to keep you informed as well as other communications process. Again, I would highly recommend them based on timely manner and professionalism.

They helped us get justice for buying a lemon and our caseworker Maria was really awesome to work with and patient.

They exceeded my expectations exponentially

Don’t waste your time. They told me at first for my car it will be easy for them to get GM to repurchase the car back or replace it due to GM and their 6.2L motor blowing up. 3 month with no car and they tell me they can only get me a 6k settlement and 3k is for them and I only get 3k for a 93k car that’s been in the shop for 3 month. Communication is bad they do everything through an app and no phone call. Gave up on them and move on with a different group. Don’t get cough in this 50% or more settlement fee charge.

These guys will not fight for you. They will do the least for a quick settlement as long as they get money on their side. They told me 3k plus I can go trade my car in lol, my car already depreciated $10-20k as soon as it leaves the lot what’s is 3k going to do very funny.

I thank God for having helped me find lemon law partners specifically Gabriela Zambrano who is dedicated to helping others. Her service is excellent and has no comparison along with lawyer brooks siegel. Both treated me very special and did everything in their hands to benefit me as their client.

DO NOT HIRE – Completely Unprofessional and Negligent

I hired Lemon Law Group Partners over 3 months ago for a clear cut Hyundai lemon case. From day one, communication was horrible. I had to chase them constantly, leaving multiple voicemails and emails most of which went unanswered. I never had a clear point of contact. My BBB arbitration was canceled because no attorney showed up or even responded to confirm their participation. They never even told me who my actual attorney was.

Despite Hyundai offering a repurchase, this firm couldn’t even get that finalized. They sat on the offer and let weeks go by without action. I had to follow up myself just to find out what was happening only to discover that they hadn’t sent required documents to Hyundai until two weeks later and only after I badgered them.

This firm has completely failed in their duty to represent me. They’ve delayed and jeopardized what should have been a straightforward resolution. I’ve asked them to close my file and send me all communications and I will be filing a State Bar complaint for abandonment, negligence and failure to communicate under professional rules.

Absolutely unethical, unresponsive and unqualified. You are better off handling your lemon case yourself than trusting this group.

Overall I Lemon Law Group did a good job getting me a settlement I was happy with. The process is slow, but they did a good job for most of it keeping me updated. There were a few times I feel like they could have done better with communication, but overall I was satisfied.

Terrible experience. They go dark periodically (for weeks) then will pop up demanding you respond to them and their subpar offers. They are genuinely not reliable and you should not go with them.

I am writing to provide an account of our recent experience with a 2024 Lincoln vehicle purchase, which encountered several electronic and other operational issues from the outset. Despite our repeated efforts to resolve these concerns with the local dealership and Lincoln's customer concierge service, our vehicle spent more time in the repair shop during its first 6 months than it was in our possession. This lack of resolution led us to engage legal assistance from the Lemon Law Group.

Initially, I was uncertain about the likelihood of a successful outcome, particularly as progress appeared slow and communication from the Lemon Law Group was less frequent than I had hoped. Nevertheless, I understood that the legal process often involves extensive negotiation and patience, especially when dealing with manufacturers.

After nearly a year of negotiations, I am pleased to report that Lincoln has presented a settlement offer that is favorable to us. This resolution marks the beginning of our transition away from the complications associated with this vehicle.

Dont bother. took 5+ months for them to send one demand letter, achieve the same offer i got directly from bmw after 2x phone calls with their executive escalations team, and convince me that their offer was the best i was going to get. only difference is with lemon law group involved I then had to give them a 65% cut of the original offer from bmw.
