Lemon law group helped me through an extremely frustrating time. Something that I’ve never had to deal with before. They walked me through with advice and options and helped me feel that this is just Business and got me a settlement. When I had questions that my case manager couldn’t answer, they set up calls with the lawyers to walk me through that. And in the meantime, my case manager, Alex Young was extremely professional and answered all my questions returned all my emails and kept me in the loop. All in all, it was a great experience in a bad situation.

I would do this all over again! Randy Dunbar and his team committed to my case and stepped in when the manufacturer of Kia and BBB auto ignored me. I did win my arbitration case with BBB and the manufacturer. I had no choice. I purchased the vehicle in FL and i live in TN, it was a brand new vehicle that would lose power while driving and it was a danger to people on the road, they highly communicated with me and we won our case. They fought until the very end, they always kept me in the loop, I highly recommend this group to anyone. Very nice group. I have nothing negative to say about them. Thank you. ❤️

They are so unprofessional and rude whenever you get a chance to talk to them on the phone. It is taking months to get a decision from the manufacturer as they say. I get no calls, no emails no updates on anything. I email every week wondering about my case. This is ridiculous. I have all the documents they need. I did everything that needed to be done to show that my KIA is horrible. I am the one reaching out um if they were professional and respectful they would contact their clients weekly for updates. I will tell you do not go to them. I'm sure they will low ball me and whoever else comes there way.

After I saw the reviews I did get a little worried, but they always stayed in touch with me and I got weekly updates all the time even if no updates they still would email me saying no new updates. They did a good job. Everything that was promised came to be. Couldn’t be happier.

When I called to get information the male assistant answered the phone rudely and spoke in a unprofessional manner. He was unable to answer my questions and said he would contact me back after getting answers from an attorney. I never heard back from him.

The Lemon Law Group was great, especially my main contact, Randy Dunbar. He kept me constantly updated, responding quickly to all questions and requests. In addition, he was professional and informative, ensuring I understood each step of the process. Most importantly, Randy got excellent results from the car manufacturer, and I am very satisfied with the outcome. I highly and unequivocally recommend the Lemon Law Group.

the world needs to know that Lemon Law group exists. I had THE best experience.

I have a car that easily qualifies as a lemon. It was at the dealership for repairs 4 times, totaling almost 90 days, exceeding the state requirements by almost 60 days, and still was not fixed satisfactorily.

I originally signed with them because my car was purchased in a different state due to the difficulty in finding my particular model in state. With licensed lawyers in both states, it seemed to be an easy choice to have them represent me.

It became clear within 2 weeks that this was not a firm that represented me with any rigor. I left several messages with my 'Case Manager' to clarify several clerical errors that were made, and she never returned my messages, only after I emailed, did she offer to get on the phone.

Their process appears to be having a Paralegal sending manufacturers emails until they get a ridiculously low offer, which took over 5 months (not the 60-90 days they mention before you sign up). At that point, the Paralegal, presented me the offer and when I said that was unacceptable, her response was "They've been really low lately". I informed her that I would like to file suit with the State Attorney General. They did not honor my request or offer a suitable alternative, so I fired them.

When looking deeper at the reviews at TrustPilot, a common theme appeared...almost ALL of the people mentioned by name in good reviews are Paralegals, NOT Lawyers listed on their website.

I would also encourage viewers to also look at the BBB reviews for this firm before hiring them. A vast majority of the reviews say terrible communication, no communication with an actual lawyer.

Great group. Without going into specifics, I had a case that no other attorneys were willing to take on. Lemon Law Group Lawyers not only took on my case but got me an amazing settlement. I couldn’t be happier. I highly recommended them. They know the business and make the entire process painless. No surprises here, they do what they say in the contract and get the job done.

I chose this company based on the reviews I saw. The reviews were wrong! I hired the company over a year ago to resolve an ongoing issue with my Hyundai that I purchased brand new. It was in the shop for a year and is still having problems. I have had very little communication with this group unless I have initiated it. They have switched the lawyers around and I am not sure if anyone is actually doing anything with my case. I keep being told someone will contact me and that has not happened. I cannot do my job because my car is not safe to drive where I need to go and I have told them this many times. I would definitely NOT recommend this law group at this point! I feel like my case has fallen through some dark hole and none of them care enough to do anything about it.

We went to arbitration for the case we had on our New RV. There are so many things wrong with it, that it is falling apart. The RV Mfg was ordered to pay $15k in January 2024. Sara from Indiana was our attorney. We signed settlement papers in January 2024 as instructed and to this date, 10/30/2024 we still have not received the payment!! I have contacted Sara numerous times and all I get from her is excuses why we haven't received the settlement. She won't take the RV Mfg to court again for not paying the settlement. We get excuses from her for this too. Our advice is to find another firm for an RV case because you won't get your settlement. Lemon Law Group must think it's a joke to get a settlement because they don't follow up and enforce it. Like we said, we've been waiting 10 months now for our settlement and we still don't have it and now Sara is out on medical leave again. We DO NOT recommend Lemmon Law Group unless you want excuses and never get your settlement!

Upon initial call it sounded like I had a great case against Dodge and we could move forward. Once I signed the retainer it was a whole different company. Almost impossible to get any response to questions and despite my request to actually speak to my lawyer via phone in hopes of getting some understanding of my case as a whole, I never got any answers or real guidance. They did get a reply from Dodge and didn't give me any details, even though I asked. I finally gave up and had to trade the car in as I can't go without transportation indefinitely without any idea of what was actually going on. Do yourself a favor and pick a different firm.

Working with the lemon law group was honestly refreshing. They made something that was such a headache In my life, an easy and effortless experience! Working with Alex Young was fantastic!
