Do not order from this site. I ordered a two piece but changed my mind before it was even delivered. I opened the package when it arrived as I ordered a few things when I saw it was the item I placed it straight back in the bag WITHOUT even checking it over as I knew I didn’t want it. They now won’t refund the item as they said I removed the tags which is not true and have not provided any evidence of this. They’re obviously not doing well in sales and need to do whatever to keep money. If the items were retuned without tags it’s because they never arrived with tags, I’m not that desperate.
Keep the item lemon lunar don’t bother returning it to me you obviously need the money more than I do

I ordered from LEMONLUNAR twice. I love how well the dresses fit and feel very high quality. They have so many unique, classy and elegant styles. I got so many amazing compliments on the dresses and would highly recommend!

One of the worst companys i have ever had to deal with. Was sent a dress in the wrong size, had to pay for return postage myself as they sent me a pre paid label i coud not use and 4 weeks later still no replacment has been sent out. AVOID

I would give zero stars if I could. I ordered a dress and paid for next day delivery. It took over a week to come, by this time I’d already been on my trip and returned home. Therefore didn’t need the dress anymore. They don’t have the returns address anywhere on their website and ask you to email for the returns information. Bear in mind you only get 14 days to return so they are clever because they DO NOT RESPOND to any emails or instagram messages. They delete any comments underneath instagram posts.

I stupidly didn’t research before I ordered. On TikTok you will find loads of girls saying the same thing. I honestly don’t know how they are still able to practice.

Ordered a dress worth £130 however it arrived damaged, I contacted them immediately they offered to give me a 30% refund to keep the damaged dress which is honestly disgusting.

I then opted to return they told me how to return however I have been trying to contact them for over 5 days regarding them paying for the returns as it was a mistake on their end.

They should throughly check their items before sending them out considering the price.

All my emails from 5 days ago until this date have been ignored shocking customer service.

You could get better quality on pretty little thing

These 5* review are not genuine ones but from the company itself. It's an appalling company. They dont send the clothes out but, happily take you money. Where are these clothes coming from. Over 9 days still waiting. Is this company a bogus company.
Adding to this review. Receive the mini sequinned skirt prices at £55.00, not worth the money. Not brilliantly made. Elasticated waist. I would have expected a better finish for the price. £20.00 would have been more appropriate for what it is. I will never order from them again.

Shocking customer service and badly made overpriced clothes. Avoid at all costs. Paid over £50 for a green crochet set and the knitting has come away after trying the top on. The support team is denying everything and claim they won’t refund me because the item was not damaged on arrival

I would put 0 stars if I could I bought one of their expensive dresses for my birthday as I wanted to treat myself and had big plans for my day which were all ruined, as soon as I arrived at my destination the dress fell apart ! Just from sitting on a train which I would expect a £100 dress to be able to do so when I emailed the company for some kind of compensation For not even getting an hours use out of my dress and having my whole birthday ruined they said it was my fault as the dress was “delicate” but who wants to spend £100 on a dress u can’t wear! I would completely understand if I had been the one to cause this but as I said I had been sat on a train for 25 minutes and the dress was ruined

I asked to cancel my order. They did not reply.
Then I received the order and asked to return it.
They state quick and easy return on their homepage.
They ignored all my emails for two weeks.
This shop is a SCAM.

I ordered a £55 skirt that was to big it didn’t come with a tag I tired to get in contact with lemonlunar several times but I just received the same automatic message to send items back to have to email them I’ve had no official response money down the drain so upset and they do nice cloths but TERRIBLE customer service!

I have yet to receive my order, which was made over 5th of January (nearly 2 weeks ago).

It says on the website all orders will take 3-5 days with standard shipping, I’ve had nothing.

I’ve emailed twice over the past few days and still NOTHING.

So disappointing.

Love my dress from Lemon Lunar the quality is amazing and the size is perfect, makes me feel so confident and sexy! They are so prompt when messaging/ emailing and overall great communication, friendly and helpful! Definitely buying from here more often!

It was not delivered, but left outside. No card or anything in letter box.
Now telling me I need police report and crime number.
Customer service. Not.

Ordered an expensive bikini from here only to be sent some utter rubbish that looked nothing like the photo from the website! Then refused a refund and then had my emails totally ignored. A total scam. Do NOT order from here.
