Returns cost more than items itself
Checkout lights out in store is impossibl3, so it's possible to order online only. Ordering is easy, but returns make no sense. Turns out the warehouse is in Holland and returning costs more than the item itself, so we were stuck with something we did not want.

To return the goods, simply contact the UPS courier company to collect the parcel from you. The label we generate is a prepaid label, its cost is EUR 5 and we reduce the cost of return by this amount. This is the only cost you incur.
