Better than new battery capacity
Went with a replacement battery from Lenovobatt.com which was about 50% less than others. Battery arrived on time and well packaged with all necessary tools (plus extras). Fortunately, there's a YouTube video for my Lenovo Thinkpad 395 which included entering BIOS and down powering the laptop prior to installation. Removal of the back cover looked easy in the video but the front edge (opposite the screwed portion) was stubborn and had to be carefully worked for some time before it finally popped off. Almost gave up not wanting to break it. Rest of installation went well. The video had you plug in the ac power to turn back on. The laptop went into DOS mode at first but after a few seconds, and following a prompt, started normally. My Lenovo app has a Battery gauge reset function to improve power level accuracy which took many hours of not using it but sounded appropriate based on instructions for such in the installation manual. According to the HTML battery report generated in DOS mode, I went from 38,652 mWh to 51,690 mWh fully charged from an original design capacity of 48,100 mWh system. Impressive and worth the effort.

Received old battery in torn inner packaging
The battery I received didn't fit my laptop at all, even though I provided the exact specifications, and the database confirmed a positive match. Furthermore, while the outer packaging was intact, the inner clear plastic bag was torn. The battery itself appears old and worn. I will be returning it.

I was able to use the information from…
I was able to use the information from your web site to identify the complete model number of my 5 year old computer ( part of the model # was missing) from that I ordered the corret battery. It arrived in about 7 days, using your instructions I removed the old battery and installed the new one myself. After connecting it to the charger I was able to strart the computer the battery chaged up and I am back in business.

Battery I ordered never arrived. According to the tracking link they sent me it was delivered. Post office had no way to track it using the China Post #. Cust service sent me a USPS tracking # which turned out to be bogus (well it was a legit #, but it was for a package addressed to someone else). Feel like I got scammed.

15.44V 57Wh battery for Lenovo SB10T83216. Delivery was quick (within 1 week). Battery charged right up and to my delight I was able to get to work immediately. I installed the battery myself without a problem. Battery comes with 2 screw drivers which were helpful in getting the pesky little screws unscrewed safely and the battery installed safely.

I installed the battery I ordered from…
I installed the battery I ordered from this site. After some time my laptop would suddenly turn off without even any hard load. After several switch-offs, I decided to take my laptop to Service. They checked and everything with Hardware was working properly. They advised me to reinstall the old battery back and see if the issue still persists. After I reinstalled the old battery the problem was resolved, the laptop stopped turning off. It was obvious that the New Battery had a Defect.

I purchased a 7.V 30Wh (L14M2P21)…
I purchased a 7.V 30Wh (L14M2P21) battery for my laptop about 6 weeks ago. The battery simply does not hold charge. I ran it several times after charging it to 80%-85% and let it run on battery power. The battery cuts out anywhere between 45% to 55%. There has also been times when the battery is at 80% and the laptop is doing a restart after having done some internal updates. The laptop starts the shutdown process but won't restart the laptop on its own. This is a totally unacceptable behavior for a new battery. It is like having a battery with a reduction by 50% in performance - or worse. One simply can not count on having a functional laptop operating on battery power for a predictable time frame.

Haven't received it at the time of them asking for a review. Poor choice in timing. I have been waiting for 10 days. 5 days they said it was not delivered to the post office. I'm guess they were waiting for it from china? I may update this when it gets here and I test it. But I am already behind schedule waiting on the battery. I should have just bought for a jungle site.
ETA: Got the battery and charging it and discharging it. Seems to work fine. Time will tell.
