I always buy my lenses from your page, it’s always great. However last time I purchased; the delivery took too long, usually my order gets delivered in 1-2 days max. I was traveling 5 days after I ordered this time. Till the day before my flight the order didn’t arrive.
Contacting post office to track my package was too complicated as they kept claiming it’s not in the system. Tracking the shipment was difficult as its shipped via third party company. I had to reach the third party shipping company head office to collect the package. When I asked why the delay, they claimed they don’t have my address and I didn't pick up when they called?
My address was given when I placed my order. And it was clearly written on the pack. I understand this is the fault of the shipping company, however I never had this delay in previous times I ordered from lens.me.

Excellent customer service and great selection of contact lenses. Shipping to US is much faster with FedEx. If USPS, expect registered mail delivery. Very positive experience.

I am originally from the United States and live in the Philippines. I order contacts about every 6 months and FedEx usually says “recipient not available” or “business closed” or “returning to sender”. I contact lens.me Customer Service and package always arrives about a week later. I am grateful for this contact lens provider. The products are stylish and modern. And best of all, they offer my positive power in yearly lens. No complaints.

Scam! First of all their contact lenses aren't even an original brand - but a replica (from Dubai where everything is a replica) and second they'll leave your eyes red, irritated and you'll spend more more on eye doctor later on
Avoid at all costs!

I have been a customer of Lense me since I was in Saudi Arabia, now in Germany and still ordering lenses from them. The customer service is very responsive, I have some problems with the lense delivery but the customer service sent me a replacement after my initial complaint. They are very customer oriented and very professional. Thanks specially to Dhessa in customer support.
