I have not received my contact lenses and you already asking me for a review? This is rather unprofessional. I suggest you switch to a different courier with better options for delivery as DHL has a rather poorly made customer interface

Easy website to navigate making it a very simple job to order contact lenses which were delivered promptly and with a useful tracking facility.

I placed an order on Wednesday with Lenssaver as my usual supplier had increased their prices. The postal rate and method (Royal Mail Tracked @ £3.95) is the same for both companies and they normally arrive next day. I recieved an automated email which indicated I'd be emailed when my order had been dispatched. I still hadn't received my lenses or a dispatch email by Monday so had to call Customer Service. The person I spoke to said they'd been dispatched on Saturday but he couldn't follow up with Royal Mail until the next day. I then received a message from Royal Mail to say my lenses would be delivered on Wednesday - a week after placing my order. Apart from the inconvenience of having to chase my order, the delay in delivery meant I had to wear my monthly lenses for an extra couple of days. I will give Lenssaver a second chance but if the same thing happens again I'll be looking elsewhere.

Delivery terrible Ordered On 11/1/22 and received 20/1/22 I was in a rush for them I ended up ordering more from another company which turned up next day.
I will not be using Lenssaver again

Order came quickly. Lenses had expiry dates in at least 3 years time.

I already have a prescription but don't wear my lenses often so this way of buying them is more convenient than the pay-monthly plan I used to be on, which gave me far more lenses than I used. Good quality, branded lenses, easy to order and with home delivery.

I use lensavers all the time. It is an easy ordering process with excellent customer service. Delivery timescales are fantastic and they have never let me down.
