Didnt get an email saying my lens had been sent, so unsure of arrival date. Also didnt know until they had arrived that the lens cases I had ordered were not being sent and I was getting a refund

This is the second time Ive purchased…
This is the second time Ive purchased my lenses and received them within days. The first time I ordered, there was a slight delay and I made an inquiry in an email through their website. Someone from lenssaver customer service dept called me( provided his details in case I didnt receive my lenses by the next day). He was ready with a plan to reorder another box if I didnt receive them. Luckily they did arrive but I was happy he was willing to help with a solution at hand. Very happy with customer service.
