What can I say about the service provided by Stuart. He worked diligently to find myself the best mortgage option available and at times throughout a long drawn out process between lenders, sellers and solicitors was the only person to actually be seen to be working. His efforts to get us in our new home were second to none and I would advise anyone that wants a personal touch when dealing with a mortgage advisor to not hesitate in contacting him. We're so thankful for all his efforts.

With most mortgage brokers telling me they were not able to help because of my historic credit score and with my company being just over a year old, I had lost hope in my family moving, especially with the impact of covid!

I reached out to Stuart of Lentune Mortgages, but was doubtful anyone could provide us with any options at this point. After providing Stuart with all the information requested, he went off and did his research and to my surprise he was able to not only help but also give us choices.

We selected our way forward and began to proceed with the mortgage application, which was submitted in due course. Stuart’s work did not stop there! The mortgage company asked for more and more information which Stuart worked hard to obtain and answered all of our queries/ emails in the process. We were then ecstatic to be issued with a mortgage offer.

You would think once the mortgage offer was issued that would that, but just as our luck goes, at 17:10 the day before completion, the lender asked for more information. Information they had already been provided with!?! Again Stuart reacted very quickly and calmly to this and the mortgage advance was released. Our new family home was happening and we couldn’t have been more pleased!

Our case was not simple but Stuart was fantastic, he kept us informed and was calm throughout even when it really hit the fan and the pressure was on. I have no qualms in recommending Stuart and Lentune.

Finally it should also be noted that I am a Conveyancing Solicitor and have liaised with many brokers over the years and Stuart really has impressed.
