Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service. Called them up to make an order for delivery to a hotel outside of central London. The gentleman who handled the query took the order without any issue and confirmed that they would be able to get the chocolates couriered to my hotel later that day. He provided me with his personal number to make sure any concern with the delivery could be addressed. Been shopping here for many years and will continue to do so without hesitation.

The chocolates arrived in good time and well packaged. This brand is a family favourite treat. We used to buy them in store in Delft, Netherlands and love them. But they are pricey, so only for very special occasions.
