Poor packaging and customer service.
I purchased some chocolates as a birthday gift, i remembered this company from past visits to Belgium, they were a bit expensive but that not the issue, they arrived quickly, the packaging is the issue, the parcel arrived crushed and split open, and there was what appears to be dried blood on the box, the chocolates box inside was also slightly crushed, problem was the box was too small and weak there was a bit of bubble wrap chucked in with a few biodegradable chips not good packaging, i am a online seller myself and from my experience this is not acceptable, i did email the company to voice my concerns but after 2 days they have not replied, this is why i have decided to leave this review and with one star, will definitely not be using this company again, very disappointed .

Even though I didn't get my parcel on time for my gift and the day had past you refunded it. Little did ai know you also didn't return the parcel to sender so I got the goods after also. Thank you restored my husband's and mine custom. Well done and many thanks.

Good Chocolates!
Easy to order, very quick and professional delivery, well packaged, very good chocolate. So all in all very happy, but there is a cost for all this, and ultimately, a bit pricey to my liking. So up to you, if you can afford it, it's a no brainer.

As always, the chocolates are fantastic. The order was easy and sent out on time. The only problem was with the courier service, who said the delivery would be on 3rd January and eventually turned up on 9th January.
